This ac is capable of cooling my 1200 sq ft apartment very well but I also have ceiling fans to guide air flow to other rooms. After a few nasty heat waves I got my electric bill and only saw a 20 dollar increase whereas other acs ive used in the past has me spending a 100 or more extra in the summer. Energy efficient, absolutely. Could be quieter for sure but honestly I can't complain

It cools the room quickly and the controls are easy to use. I haven't used the WiFi yet, but I did test it once. The only thing that bothers me is the noise - much higher than advertised. I measure sound levels for a living and this was not less than 60 dB on low

That said, of the 6 window ACs that I now own, it's above average noise-wise—it doesn't have that high-pitched whine that so many of these make, like old refrigerators that run all the time. The problem is, I don't think there are any window ACs that are quiet enough for me. It does run cold, however, so there's that. The only advantage I see on this one is that it looks nicer and doesn’t blow air straight into your face. The wifi features on it are probably worthwhile to some people, but I don’t see the advantage for me (haven’t connected it to the wifi yet). Overall disappointing for the price. I was expecting function to follow form, I guess

It has to shut off and turned back on for it to work then shuts off. Beware their return policy states you can only return it if it was never used well hello the only way you can try it out is to set it up. So you have to attempt to use it. Sent messages to the company only to be ignored

Installation was a breeze and they include all the tools you need, including scissors to cut the insulation foam. Its about as stylish as an AC can be, not sticking out as far from the window as most do and blending in with your wall a bit better than most ACs.
