Please read this! My rope tangled and I was so frustrated, BUT if this happens please contact the seller!! When I left a poor review, Eric reached out to me proactively to try to help, he immediately responded to my complaint and was very nice. We figured out that the cord was hair pin looped in the handle and voila-it's fixed!! I've amended my review based on Eric's responsiveness and genuine desire to help me and make sure I was happy.  This adjustment mechanism has four prongs and all you need to do to loosen up is just loosen the prongs like that and then you can just slide the adjustment mechanism to wherever you need X based on the length of rope that you needed and then just pushing those prongs like this and then just secure the adjustment mechanism with the cover. And by the way, if you don't happen to see the cover, no problem at all. That just means that it's located inside the jump rope handle and all you need to do is just pull the room top like this and it will be completely secure now. I'm just going to put the cap back on here and I am all ready to jump rope

 Now this jump rope is really easy to adjust and you will receive a very helpful PDF guide which explains in detail how it is to adjust the link the rope based on your weight. But let me go ahead and show you right now how easy. So the first thing you want to do is remove the red cap from the end of the handle like this. Next, just push out the roof and you need to remove this cap which fastens the adjustment mechanism right here

 So as you guys can see: I really really like the comfortable foam handles, the sturdy build, the ball bearing and it's just really easy to use and really easy to adjust. And it's also really light weights which is really awesome for exercising outdoors. So guys, this is my video review I Highly recommend it! Jump rope is better for you than swimmimg, running or jogging. It is a low impact cardio workout. I’m starting to build a collection of ropes, I’ve split 4 of these specific ropes, and a total of 9 ropes with varying materials. I highly recommend this rope for beginners. It’s a licorice rope, so it’s more durable then most ropes and will last you the longest. I like these particular ropes since they’re convenient and durable, you can jump in the gym, basketball court, garage and just about anywhere without having to worry about damaging the floors like other ropes

A lot of people here will complain that the rope will loop at the top, this is because it’s not sized correctly (like all ropes if it’s too long it’ll loop at the top while skipping) because this is a licorice rope and it stretches as you skip I would go a little bit shorter then conventional to stop this problem. I’m only giving this rope 3 stars since I’m comparing it to higher quality ropes like Crossrope (which I only recommend you buy if jumping rope is something ur committed to) however this rope is still very good and I highly recommend this rope or any licorice rope that you can find if it’s cheaper

Honestly with all the different options for jump ropes it was hard to find one that describes what i was looking for, HEIGHT!!! I was looking for one that was long enough just because more often than not jump ropes are somewhat short. After unboxing it, i immediately took off the twist-tie and stood up, first reaction was "this thing is tall" im 6'4" and i had to cut off around a foot of it, honestly wouldn't be surprised if a 7 footer could use this. The only reason i'm giving it 4 stars is because though the instructions for shortening were fairly clear, the plastic prong piece was kind of frustrating to deal with but other than that, TALL GUYS THIS IS LONG ENOUGH FOR YOU!

I didn't believe it but after 10 minutes I was totally drenched and soaked in sweat!  You can tell it's not just rope, it's actually a metal cable inside of here with a plastic coating over it. and me personally. I Like jumping rope I haven't done a lot of the high speed jump ropes but I know they're huge with some of the CrossFit workouts and since this is a CrossFit kind of style channel as you guys have seen, I will probably be incorporating this in the future.  So anyways, long story short, if you guys are in the market for a high speed jump rope, this my friends, is actually very good quality jump rope. I donno if you guys can see this. okay I'll pull it out of the package that I opened already on Chris tape and show you guys. so basically looks like we have a set second spare, second spare pair, second pair, second pair of screws and almost like bearings if you will for the jump rope itself and did a great job of tangling

 and as you can see, I might need a little practice, especially on my double unders. but tell already this is. this is a nice jump rope. Very quick, very smooth, durable, convenient if you need to throw it in your gym bag or your pocket you want show off to your friends

Survival and Cross Speed Rope Review

 a question I always like to ask myself in these reviews is would I buy this product again and my answer to this one is actually no in terms of jump ropes I Really hate when I mess up. It hurts me. Yes, it might be more incentive to not mess up so often, but it does hurt a lot. I've never had a jump rope heard this much when I messed up jump roping I am currently looking into some alternatives so I may have a different one the future for you guys, but as of right now, I would not rebuy this product

 Yes, you could probably go to the nearest Walmart Target and buy a really basic jump rope for less, but for what this is and of the quality of it I say this is a good jump rope for ten dollars. The next Pro is that it is adjustable which is really nice. You can just use the little metal pieces and twist them up and down as you need and then tighten them right on the jump rope itself in order to make it bigger or smaller depending on your height. The next Pro is usability where I felt the jump rope is very natural to use I Didn't really have any problems actually using it, so in terms of just jumping within, using it as a jump rope, it works very well

 Alright, now is quickly cover the cons of the survival and Cross Speed jump rope. The first and probably biggest kana can come up with is when you mess up with this thing you're wearing safe shorts, there were no gloves on it hurts. Yes, there's more than one occasion where I messed up and just slaps across the back of my hand and things so thin and pretty strong. it really does hurt to actually mess up if you're going pretty fast with the jump rope
