 This is the 178 here and we have a 19 meter turn radius. So a little bit longer than we see in the narrower version of this ski, but still not like a long 22 plus meter turn radius. We're still in the teens here in this 178. So it does like to get up on edge and make those clean carve turns for sure

 We've got a Faction Dancer 3 for you today.

 Pretty wide and beefy directional all-mountain ski.

 They even have the wider Dancer which still has two sheets of metal in it.

 So they're definitely putting a lot of stock into these wider metallic skis for pretty

 aggressive all-mountain slash freeride skiing.

 But putting their Faction Spin on it as well.

 So really interesting choice here for advanced and expert skiers who are looking for something

 that's strong, stable, incredibly smooth and energetic, but also has kind of that freeride

 So that's where this ski really comes into play.

 You know, it's not like there's a ton of skis out there at 106 underfoot with two sheets

 But for what this one has that the others don't, it's just kind of more of that solid

 So having those two thin sheets of metal in there goes a long way at reducing vibrations

 and making this thing really glued to the snow.

 This is the 178 here and we have a 19 meter turn radius.

 That's going to give you great energy on the groomers.

 So even for 106 millimeters underfoot, this ski's going to carve pretty darn well on piste.

 So if you're mixing it up and really looking to do a little bit of everything, whether

 you're on the trail carving or in the back country, skiing off some steep cliffs and

 deeper snow, I think this 106 underfoot ski is a great choice for that.

Faction Dancer 3X W 2022-2023

 I reviewed the Faction Dancer 3X and they are 172 centimeters. I like that the Faction Dancer could charge through almost any condition, but it still remained really nimble and agile through the trees and the bumps, and I really enjoyed the amount of compliments I got in the lift line on the top sheet. The Dancer excelled in steeper and more challenging lines for sure, but where I really noticed them to shine was through variable conditions where they could handle any change in the snowpack with ease and grace. Definitely geared towards an advanced to expert skier

 If the Dancers were a vehicle, I'd probably call them a Jeep because they're very all terrain, you can take them anywhere and they will plow right through it.
