First Ride On The Exway Wave Cruiser Electric Skateboard

 So this week I've had the pleasure of unboxing and testing out the Exway Wave which is Exway's

 brand new electric skateboard. Now normally in the past they've only done longboard style shapes,

 very solid unibody shape. They have two versions of the Exway X1 Pro and the Exway X1 Normal. Then

 they came out with a bamboo version of the board for some extra comfort. They came out with the

 Exway Flex. All of those boards I love. I think they're really dope. They ride great and Exway

 just makes really good stuff but lately their most recent board that they've come out with is

 the Exway Wave and this is something I'm really excited about. It's a short board, a cruiser style

 board. It's belt driven. It's got swappable batteries, other extra features like built-in

 lights. It's got the app. Everything that Exway has done in the past this board has except it's

 in the small cruiser board form factor which is, if you know me, if you've seen any of my videos,

 you know that that's the style that I like. It's got a kicktail, nice wheels, and it's just been a

 vibe machine for me. It's just so chill to cruise down the road and just carve and use the kicktail,

 do little manuals, up down curbs. So much fun. I haven't been able to do a full test on it yet but

 I've been messing around with it during my lunch breaks. We'll go ahead and take a look at that but

 first this is what the unboxing experience is like. And this might be one of the smallest

 electric skateboard boxes I have ever received. Whoa! Get the board out. It's pretty small. Love

 that it's not flat. Kind of flares up for the wheel wells. Little tail puck to go ahead and

 protect it from scrape down here and oh! Maybe I'll have to push it down again. Oh yeah there

 you go. That was easy as well. This is a really really good looking board. Orange tool. Same

 remote. Kind of a small charger. And the weather's been okay lately so I actually took the Wave out

 during lunch and well here's my ride. Alright what is up y'all? The weather has been pretty

 crap lately but and now I'm on my lunch break. So we're gonna have a little e-skate lunch break.

 Go ahead and go on our first little ride on the Exway Wave. Super stoked about it. Not wearing the

 right shoes but you know what we'll make do. Let's go ahead and turn the board on. One thing I love

 about Exway is that I don't have to bend down and turn the board on. That's sick. Alright let's just

 go for a little chill cruise. This is the first time this board has even touched the asphalt.

 Gear one is pretty darn slow. Definitely beginner level but gives us a chance to try out the tail.

 That's just a little too slow for me. Can't change gears while riding too fast I guess.

 Gear two, a bit better. Oh so nimble but actually I'm already kind of put up with gear two. Let's

 go. Gear three. Okay yeah now it's getting a little more serious in gear three. This

 road by the way is absolute doo-doo but that's cool. We're just cruising along. Let's go ahead

 and turn right over here. I wonder how many people in this area have seen an electric skateboard. I

 don't normally skate here. You guys know that. Testing out the brakes. Oh good thing they're

 adjustable because right now I think they're a little weak. We can hit them u-turns though.

 Okay letting me go. Thank you sir or ma'am actually. He had a huge smile on his face

 when he saw me on this board. That's dope. I just found this thing. Let's do a little pivot kick

 turn up there. Yeah. Yo this part's fun man. I can definitely see myself ripping around and

 like I guess I am ripping around in a parking lot right now. Hey that's what's up.

 I wish the tail was just like a little bit longer. I think I need a bit more leverage on it. It's

 just like half an inch too short in my opinion. Should be a tad bit longer. You gotta like really

 lean back if you want a manual on this thing. You need more leverage than what they offer you.

 All right. It's interesting that they don't allow you to change gears while you move but

 it kind of makes sense. Whoa. You on a smaller board especially like one of these you really

 gotta have your stance right when you first start it up because if you don't they could launch you

 off. Yeah a little sidewalk surfer. And brakes. Oh. They're actually pretty strong. I take back

 what I said earlier. Pretty good. Pretty good. I like them. Now I need to ask you guys the viewers
