I got this to replace the two small bags I had on my Roubaix and Aethos. I wanted something comfortable, compact, but with enough room to fit 2 spare tubes, 3 CO2s, inflator, tire levers, a multi tool, my car keys, and a Cliff Bar or two depending on the length of the ride. This bag holds all of that and is comfortable enough that when packed with all my stuff I forget I even have it on. I got rid of everything being attached to my bikes and now just pack what I need for whichever bike I'm going to be on and go

There are pockets for all the small tools/bits, a 2L bladder that's evenly distributed, the bladder design and thick straps make it so there is literally no bounce, and it's plenty big for rides under 3/4 hours! I'm in LOVE with this thing!!! Finally a perfect MTB hip pack!

Hands down best fanny for MTB!

This fanny has quickly replaced my ride pack because it holds everything just as well and is still super comfortable. I can fit in all my tools, snacks, 1L of water and a light jacket no problem!

I used the Pulse 3 for training and all 539 miles of the Colorado Trail Race. I was very impressed with the light weight, durability (got caught in a bit of a torrential downpour and battled mudslides and 100's of down trees on a training ride) and comfort. I also raced enduro with the Pulse and it can withstand a crash, yet stays put during gnarly descents. I packed a goretex shell, Platypus, sat phone and various tools and toiletries in here for 7
