You'll still get excellent cleaning performance, but I'd recommend going for the $1000 models for the better feature sets.

You have to forcefully DRAG it backwards (for the forward/backward motion of vacuuming). Miele Engineers - You obviously have NOT tried to vacuum carpets in your own home with this. PLEASE REDESIGN - you are making people suffer!!! If possible (which most of the options I've seen do not provide you with this), I would definitely recommend the C3 Kona Canister Vacuum itself, together with the Electrical Wand, but NOT this powerbrush - there is a much lighter version of the electrical powerbrush available (and it costs less).

This little thing did a great job. My only complaint is that the filter seems a little flimsy, but it says its washable. Which we tested and it held up under the sink getting washed out. If you're vacuuming really fine particles, you'll need to clean the filter more often as that will affect how strong a suction you'll get
