And I'm finding that I do like the varied parts of the Topo giving me different ways of standing and moving.  This one is well made and seems like it will last a long time. It does provide a lot of relief and is comfy all day. However, I think it is expensive and am not sure it is truly justified when there are so many other mats out there at a much cheaper cost. If I was going to recommend one, I’d say to look for a mat that has a similar front edge and costs less

 On the other hand, this one pretty much guarantees comfort so you can buy this one with confidence, just know it comes at a high cost.

I needed a mat to work from home on. We have a stand up work station for work right now due to COVID and standing all day was painful. Even on nice carpeting with really high quality padding underneath, my feet were getting sore and legs hurting. I regularly move while working, not standing in place or sitting down so I had to figure out a solution

It’s 5 star relief but 4 stars for cost and seems kinda gimmicky

 Besides from that factor I did get the full sized mat instead of the smaller one which I am grateful for. I am 5'5 with size 10 womens shoes and wear sneakers at work for comfort. Due to this, I got the larger mat. I do not wear high heels so I cannot address issues on if it is punctureable or not since I have not tested that with pointed shoes

I work in an office on thinly carpeted concrete essentially at a desk stationary for 40 hours a week. I have a sit stand desk but legs would hurt from standing long. I had a thin mat to stand on but still had issues so investigated. I have tried several different mats and purchased this one because of its unique design and because of the reviews I read

 As a personal note, I work at home at a standing desk that is 78" long with two pcs that I work from, I have trouble keeping my feet on the flat part, some parts of my feet are almost always pressed against or on the raised lip, as I need to move between computers. Not really a negative, just would like more horizontal flat area in my situation.

  Great desk.Part of utilizing every sit/stand desk is a great mat to stand on.  My first mat I purchased was the Topo, with the intent of also purchasing a regular flat mat also of the long-lasting materials.  However after utilizing Topo, I've decided I don't need another mat at all

  I&#39;d be missing so much with just a flat mat. So glad I found/purchased Topo.Overall I have Topo (been using it all morning), just switched to a perch/wobble stool (can&#39;t do that nearly as long as I can Topo) but good for variety. Also have a stability ball

 The NewHeights XT desk is 2 stage (3 sections to the legs) so it can go down to 24&quot; and up to 51&quot;  so it accomodates all my variations -- including standing on the Bosu Ball (upside down, e.g. flat side up) with Topo on top.Pretty amazing to be able to adjust the desk and have a great set of resources for standing and sitting and variations in between
