Too big to have on my counter from day to day. It looks exactly like the hair blow dryers we used in the 50's and 60's. In fact, I would not be surprised if the design was taken from one.

We haven't used it for much yet, but the French fries are great and I've made salmon in it that was delicious. I have not yet tried layering food on the racks, but will try that soon. my only complaint is that it is huge--too tall to fit in a standard cabinet shelf and takes up a lot of counter space. If I had to choose again, I would have purchased a toaster oven style that includes air-fryer and convection capabilities so that I could get rid of my toaster/convection counter appliance and just have to find the space for the threesome combo

My only complaint thus far is the sticking to the non stick basket and pan but the parchment paper liners solve that issue. It does take a lot of counter space and has suction cups on the bottom which for me is a nuisance but I understand why they would have them for more safety. With the burger next time we will cook for less time it was moist and well done on the inside and they did taste good. We were able to do 4 burgers at a time, have since purchased a shelf accessory to add a second layer to put more burgers on at the same time

I have loved this airfryer and have been raving about it to friends; the food I've cooked in it tastes really good, much better than in the conventional oven, and it is easy to use. It's been less than a year since I've had it, however, and I've found the non-stick crisper tray has gotten harder and harder to clean, despite my using parchment paper. At this point, I cannot get the tray clean even after soaking it for hours, so I will have to buy a new crisper tray, the price of which is 1/4 of the price I paid for the airfryer! Also, the crisper tray is not currently available on the website. Because of this problem, I am no longer recommending this brand

While the machine is better than just frying in oil or the oven, I have to use a higher temp along with usually 4-8 minutes longer depending on what is in and how thick. Cleanup isn’t that easy for the 2 I received (one was replaced under warranty as it had even worse problems with heating). Eventually I can get it clean but I spend over 15 minutes sometimes depending on what I cook. The “non-stick” coating scrapes off around the bottom of the basket and the top edges of the lower chamber

- Temperature controls were spot on, always hit close to the degree you set it to, produced a GREAT product, foods were cooked through and nice and crispy on the outside. There were a couple of foods we preferred to continue to deep fry, but most often we found we actually preferred the air fryer version, french fries for example.

You must remove them manually. Second attempt was a small chocolate cake I made, which cooked much faster on the top, than it did underneath., and came out slightly dry. The digital controls are extremely sensitive to touch response, so sometimes you have to re-adjust your time and temperature because of it

The fryer basket sits in a removable basket and both are easy to clean. The mozz sticks oozed a little on to the baskets and after it cooled to the touch just simply wiped it clean with a damp paper towel.

I originally started with a basket type air fryer I bought cheap on QVC but it lasted about a year. Thought the shelf one would be better but ended up putting that one in our camper and buying the basket style for the home because it’s so much more versatile. The basket style also comes with shelves you can put in the basket!! Love it!!

You can get a lot of cooking ideas from FB groups once you figure out the correct times. There is a slight learning curve to that part but once you get it food comes out terrific. We did have a problem with the inner pan scratching but we called up the company and they sent a new pan right away. Other than that this airfryer is awesome

I reveived this for a birthday gift and it takes me forever to make fries and chicken I do not noY i THINK IT IS DEFECTIVE

Love the air fryer - okay if it was oil based it would be better tasting, but for health reasons I went with the Elite Platinum Air fryer and am very happy. Shrimp, wings, sweet potato fries, regular fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks are the items that I've made so far. All came out very good and used a teaspoon or two of oil only (for fries at least) to get things crispy. Easy to use, easy to clean, and quick to cook, were the main reasons that this outperforms the oven

it's made out of nonstick material and cleaning was a breeze! I'm telling you, this air fryer is amazing! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a healthy way to cook food.
