 When I made the wings I didnt have the liners yet so I lined the basket with parchment paper that I had cut out and made holes in. The wings did very well and clean up was a breeze using parchment paper. This fryer seems to be alright for cooking for two people but you will need a much larger one if cooking for an entire family. Still not able to get the menu function to work but it may be that I need to reread the instructions on that portion, putting in your own time and temperature is very easy to do

 My only complaint thus far is the sticking to the non stick basket and pan but the parchment paper liners solve that issue. It does take a lot of counter space and has suction cups on the bottom which for me is a nuisance but I understand why they would have them for more safety. With the burger next time we will cook for less time it was moist and well done on the inside and they did taste good. We were able to do 4 burgers at a time, have since purchased a shelf accessory to add a second layer to put more burgers on at the same time

I've only tried cooking several things with my new air-fryer. What I've determined so far is that I like how easy it is to clean. The basket non-stick surface works quite well. The display is fairly self-explanatory

 Then I breaded up some 1" thick pork chops and they came out great. So much better than all other attempts at oven baking either one of the two.

 The thermostat also seems to be a lot more accurate than my previous Cuisinart TOA-60. My biggest gripe: the "On/Off" outer button moves around as though it were loose and it can stick along one side so that it gets stuck, and the oven will not come on. You have to "giggle" it -- some times a lot -- in order to get it unstuck to make contact with the underlying button.

I bought this one after buying a smaller air fryer. Although I was impressed with the small fryer's performance, it was small and didn't have digital controls (gave it to our daughter and her girls love it) and wanted this larger Elite fryer based on Consumer Reports rating. As others have written, it's a big counter appliance. Probably not suitable for an apartment, but with a good amount of counter space in my kitchen I can put it in an easily accessible place out of the way

 I've fried breaded mozzarella sticks (of course), frozen breaded chicken breasts, hot dogs, frozen fries/onion rings and even soggy two day old fries from Burger King and they all came out nice and crispy. I am experimenting with temps and times, but haven't burned anything yet. Seems 350-390 F works well and, depending on the product, usually check after 5 minutes increasing time if necessary. The frozen breaded chicken breasts package recommended 15-18 minutes at 400 F

 I fried them at 390 F for 13 minutes and they were perfectly done and, one of the best things about air fryers, without heating up the conventional oven. Controls are easy to learn and give you settings in single increments, e.g., 1 degree or minute, rather than five degrees or minutes with the smaller fryer

 The fryer basket sits in a removable basket and both are easy to clean. The mozz sticks oozed a little on to the baskets and after it cooled to the touch just simply wiped it clean with a damp paper towel.

 Okay, so 15 minutes has gone by. These have cooled off on the inside so now we're gonna put them back in and now we're gonna do airfry. This time we're gonna do just eight minutes, a lot shorter and then we're to change the temperature to all the way to 400 so that'll really give us the crisp that we want and all we got to do is hit start and very soon we'll have some perfect chicken wings.  if we want to air fry roast broil. we can change the time and temperature we can do bake, reheat, dehydrate, So for example, if I did bake, we'd have the time on the left. You just click that and you can change it. And this little selector device makes it really easy to get the exact time I want

 So so this is a particularly good feature if you're you know used to just using Celsius instead of Fahrenheit or you want to switch back and forth between the two. Now, this is very easy to clean because this particular one is really is is really one of those removable drip trays. It's very easy to clean. You could put it in the dishwasher, you know, the whole thing you could put on the top rack of the dishwasher and it just cleans very easily

 Now, this other one also has the so I'm going to cancel this this this also has Celsius and Fahrenheit. The other ones really just have Fahrenheit so if I hold this down for five seconds, it switches back and forth between Celsius and Fahrenheit. So so this is a particularly good feature if you're you know used to just using Celsius instead of Fahrenheit or you want to switch back and forth between the two. Now, this is very easy to clean because this particular one is really is is really one of those removable drip trays

 So in my other videos where I'm reviewing the air fryers I I almost always find 8 or 10 bad things that I could list for this particular one. I'm struggling to even find four or five and even the bad things that I find are you know more neutral or preferences. So the first thing is is that there are no presets and the reason why I say that's not a big deal is because lots of times when you're baking your you're gonna have to adjust that to your own particular settings anyway. So the fact that it doesn't have presets you know really doesn't matter

 So that is a little bit different, but you know some have it, some don't. This particular one doesn't have it, so that is a bad thing. Now this is a little bit of a stretch where if I pull this out and you take a look at the tray, the tray itself is all Teflon So for this particular instant pot brand, the instant vortex. there is no ceramic, so you know the fact that there's no choice between ceramic and Teflon

 you're going to remove the basket shake, kind of redistribute the fries, and then we're going to cook it another six minutes. Okay, so that took about five minutes. It says add food so you're simply going to pull this out again. it's going to stop

 This is their six quart air fryer so I just want to do a word of caution. When you unpack these, there's a there's a piece of cardboard that you really want to make sure and remove. It's this piece kind of under the basket. So here we have the air fryer basket
