Other than unplugging the unit, if you keep the drawer slightly ajar the display lights will go out and the unit will cease pinging much quicker. Also, the unit is not super heavy so if your countertop is very slick you may have to steady the unit with one hand while opening it to prevent the whole unit from sliding with the drawer. It does have rubber feet but a non-slip or silicone pad underneath may help if you encounter this issue

Doesn’t work at all! It gets hot but works like a bad toaster oven. Everything is soggy and takes forever to cook. Does not make the food crispy. The size and design is great for my small kitchen but it really does not work

Set up was very easy and I followed the user guide to do a one time 20 minute "cook" with it empty followed by cleaning it thoroughly. It's honestly a very nice looking piece of equipment and deserves a spot on anyone's kitchen counters.

Fries are crispier and healthier than ever! I use hardly any oil and the crispiness and crunchiness of most of my faves turned out great. I am obsessed with this air fryer and this 2.6 quart capacity is great for any household. Not to mention, this air fryer is very easy to clean and convenient to use

Used this last night! Great little fryer! Very simple to use and cleaning it is a breeze. The food came out crispy just like you would expect if it was deep fried. The basket isn't the biggest basket in the world but if your only making things for of you it will be fine!

I got this item completely skeptical that it could be as I have owned deep fryers. This is the best kitchen appliance I purchased in a very long time and I got one for all of my married kids and They also LOVE their air fryer and use it all the time.
