The kitchen shears were somewhat disappointing, especially considering the high-quality feel and performance of the rest of the Cuisinart set. Not what I expected for the price

 This is really important for things like cutting and preparing raw meats or even slicing and serving cooked meats items like pork loin, chicken steak, anything that you would cut and before you serve it to your guests or even for yourself and your family. So lastly, in the front here you have these beautifully design stainless steel steak knives I Love these because they have a really nice shape to them and the other thing is they're really nice and thin and interesting to look at. It's great to have those store right in the base of your knife block. I Really prefer using a knife block because it keeps everything very compact right at hand, especially when you're prepping at your kitchen counter top

 They're all stainless steel. I Love them because the handle design is really easy to grip and I love that it has a brushed stainless finish. I Think it's really really a great look for any kitchen. The other thing that's nice about it too, it has a it's got a really nice grip to it and they're not really heavy

I recently moved into a new apartment and needed literally everything so I was trying to save money any way I could. I was looking for a set of knives under $100 that weren't the brand I'd had before. I spotted these and were debating them when they went on sale and dropped to a price I couldn't pass up. 

Great bang for the buck with these knives

 Things like that, you really want something that will work well. So not only are they extra sharp uh with the kind of narrow to fine edges so it's really easy to uh to cut. but you've also got the rivets on the handles so it's really nice to hold and secure and ergonomic. And there's forged durable, extra wide safety bolsters which add stability

 Wash each knife with warm soapy water, dry them off, always keep them nice and dry before you put them back in the block. So I tried it out Cutting a variety of things like I said, poultry, meat, vegetables, fruits and they worked wonderfully. What I really like: Sometimes it can be overwhelming when you have a nice set like this, especially if it's your first one, you don't know what do I use to cut what I really like in the box? Here it's got first of all, not only not only an explanation of which knife is which, but you can also see recommendations of what types of food they can cut through or they should be used for. So I often gravitate to the chef's knife for most things, but paring knives are great for small fruits and vegetables and things like that as especially if you want to cut around things like skin

 And it fits nicely on a countertop. Because of the nice slanted look you know you can easily grab, come and grab whichever one you need, and stake. Nice Knives again are nice and beautiful for having a nice filet or whatever you might be having for your fancy fancy dinner. So this is the Cuisinart Classic 15 piece block set

 Any good cook, whether you're novice or your pro needs a really good nice set in your kitchen, so I highly recommend getting one. especially if you're getting more and more into cooking at home and this one's a great option. Particularly as I said for a nice modern kitchen. modern kitchens that have um, finishes that will uh, will complement uh, the the color and and the look of this one

But the worst if the scissors, the rust take place in all central part and almost block the movement- see the photo.  I've contacted the support hoping for a solution, and the cuisinarte answered very fast.  "Thank you for your response

Got these for my girlfriend when she started mentioning she didn’t have any knives that were very sharp. I’m not a huge cook or anything but man these knives stand up to the test I have a gash in my thumb to prove it. These can cut through anything you will encounter in every day cooking with ease. I was surprised at how sharp they were

 Instead of worrying about sharpening an expensive serrated knife, I prefer to just buy an inexpensive one, use it until it's toast, then throw it away. -Relatively well-made: Pure Komachi's are much nicer and build and material quality than other cheap knives I've used (Dexter, Mundial, etc). The handle is plastic, it's partial tang, all of which would probably be knocks against it in the professional cook world, but the overall quality exceeds what I would expect from this price point. The plastic doesn't feel overly cheap, and the included sheath has never given me any problems

I've been a cook for 10+ years, and I've worked in a wide variety of kitchens serving an equally wide variety of foods. Pros: -Relatively inexpensive: Serrated knives are great for a wide variety of jobs, but difficult to sharpen. Instead of worrying about sharpening an expensive serrated knife, I prefer to just buy an inexpensive one, use it until it's toast, then throw it away. -Relatively well-made: Pure Komachi's are much nicer and build and material quality than other cheap knives I've used (Dexter, Mundial, etc)

Great bread knife for professional kitchen work

 I hope they never stop making these knives in the quality they currently have, because they have something right with this series.

Pure Komachi 2 Series are great, and their Bread Knife one of my favorite so far.
