I   have been wanting to move on to something that is a little less fussy than the gantry-style of the ender 3, and have been wanting a larger build volume, so the Ender 5 Plus has been pretty appealing to me. Purchase Advice Megathread: What To Buy, Who To Buy It From, And More, In February 2021

 I decided to return that printer and replace it with the Ender 5 Plus mainly for the larger print volume. Assembling the 5 Plus took a bit of little time but nothing too complicated. The pieces seem to square up nicely when tightening the pieces together. The print quality, support, and adhesion are really good

However, pulling the printed piece off the printer bed can be done without the need to pry it off (unlike the Sidewinder X2)

It was my first 3D printer 6 years ago and in insight it was a piece of junk. I spent way to much money to make "reliable" it was not worthy. Rods were not straight (it's an understatement), PSU wasn't big enough to power everything on the printer at a reliable tension, it was burning heating cartridges and T° sensors for some reasons and ofc I had to use externals mossfets. Now I run an ender 5 plus for 1+ year and the reliability is on another level, I just send my print on my octopi server and I don't even feel the need to monitor the start of the print or fear it would randomly fail after 6hours of print for some random reasons
