 Do you know anything with the under six? No, i don't know that's okay. Next time the inner six boasts a build speed of 150 millimeters a second now, that's pretty fast, that's uh, almost three times faster than the ender five and the inner three this uh. This is all thanks to the core xy platform that creality has built at the top of this printer. This is a well welcomed, upgrade that complements the increased build volume which will allow you to print faster in a bigger surface area

 I could say that i'm pretty happy with it. It was able to print really fast print larger, build volumes than the under five and your three and prints them in pretty high quality. I did realize that it is a quiet printer, but once the xy core kicks in it, definitely bumps up the volume a little bit now, whether noise matters to you or not. That is something to consider when looking to the under six that and the weight thanks to the four acrylic walls that make up this printer, i would recommend it to beginners that are looking for a printer with a little bit of a higher price point when compared To the other five or the nd3v2 that are looking for the additional features and the additional build volume, this printer definitely is capable of all of that

 The semi-enclosed build volume is great at protecting from drafts and other elements during the printing process when compared to its predecessor the ender 5. The ender 6 does a much better job at securing the build platform when secured to the z-axis. This is thanks to improved fabrication. On the joints on the lead screen, this helps to reduce the amount of flex on the build platform, while printing leading to better quality prints and who doesn't like better quality prints

Creality Ender 6 Unboxing, Build & Test Prints

Then I started looking at the Ender 6. It’s not that much of an upgrade in terms of build volume (250 X 250 X 400) compared to my Ender 3 pro (220 X 220 X 250) but it is an improvement. I’m really interested in the CoreXY printing, but the lack of included BLtouch bums me out. 

Lastly- I’m looking at the CR-6 Max which had a 400x400x400 build volume and an automatic leveling system built into the hit end, so no extra sensor needs.  This tops out my budget but looks like the best of all worlds.

If you are new to 3D printing, and are unsure of what to ask, try to include the following in your posts as a minimum:

* Your budget, set at a numeric amount. Saying "cheap," or "money is not a problem" is not an answer people can do much with. 3D printers can cost $100, they can cost $10,000,000, and anywhere in between. A rough idea of what you're looking for is essential to figuring out anything else.
* Your country of residence.
* If you are willing to build the printer from a kit, and what your level of experience is with electronic maintenance and construction if so.
* What you wish to do with the printer.
* Any extenuating circumstances that would restrict you from using machines that would otherwise fit your needs (limited space for the printer, enclosure requirement, must be purchased through educational intermediary, etc).

While this is by no means an exhaustive list of what can be included in your posts, these questions should help paint enough of a picture to get started. Don't be afraid to ask more questions, and never worry about asking too many. The people posting in this thread are here because they want to give advice, and any questions you have answered may be useful to others later on, when they read through this thread looking for answers of their own. Everyone here was new once, so chances are whoever is replying to you has a good idea of how you feel currently.

Additionally, a quick word on print quality: Most FDM/FFF (that is, filament based) printers are capable of approximately the same tolerances and print appearance, as the biggest limiting factor is in the nature of extruded plastic. **Asking if a machine has "good prints," or saying "I don't expect the best quality for $xxx" isn't actually relevant for the most part** with regards to these machines. Should you need additional detail and higher tolerances, you may want to explore SLA, DLP, and other photoresin options, as those *do* offer an increase in overall quality. If you are interested in resin machines, make sure you are aware of [how to use them safely](https://www.reddit.com/r/3DPrinting/wiki/resinprinting#wiki_safety). For these safety reasons we don't usually recommend a resin printer as someone's first printer.

 On this side you have where the power cable will plug in and the Usb cable right here. I have the power cable which I can go ahead and put in. This power cable actually has a switch on the front on the side of it that will allow you to turn it off and on from the power so it's not running all the time. Let's go ahead and power it on here

 And here is the cat that was on the printer already and it looks like it's good print quality. I wouldn't know since I've never printed before. I didn't know these were hollow on the inside either, but that's what was already on the printer. But I want to go ahead and test whether or not this printer actually will work for us

Should you buy MonoPrice Cadet 3D Printer???

 Auto bed leveling is done via this inductive sensor and it's capable of wireless printing via their Wii builder - Slicer or mobile app on iOS and Android Unfortunately, I Couldn't get the cadet to talk to my wireless network at all so I couldn't test the wireless printing the app used to configure. It is not good. It feels like it's incomplete. almost like a software developer was programming really hard and got to 80% of where they needed to be

 The bed is not heated and it's only as warm as ambient temperature. This means ideally the Cadet is meant for PLA printing and their website confirms it. Is This Printer Too Small? Monoprice Cadet 3D Printer Review

 When it was done, I had a little cartoony looking dragon.  The next step was to try downloading a model from thingiverse and sending it over the network to the printer. I downloaded the app to my phone and used it to set up the WiFi details on the printer. With the coronavirus epidemic in full swing, I decided to print some clips to be used for making your own face mask

 The printer is supposed to work with Cura (and it's available in the downloads section on the Monoprice website), but I could never get the software to connect to the printer over wifi. It doesn't see the printer on the network, and I can't even get it to recognize the printer when I point to its IP address. I've tried different versions of Cura as well, with no success. Luckily, WiiBuilder seems to do everything I need it to, so I don't really miss Cura

  Finally, there's the software. WiiBuilder has worked well for me but is rather poorly made, it feels old and clunky and is in dire need of some usability updates and some time in front of a UI expert. Excellent first 3D printer

 The Cadet's tiny print area limits the size of printed objects. I scaled one of our standard test objects, which combines geometric shapes and raised text, down to 60 percent of its normal size. To my surprise, except for a couple of rough spots, it printed well despite its miniaturization. Overall print quality for the Cadet was impressive considering the printer's low price

 A setup glitch, its minuscule build volume, and its awkward filament handling keep it from wresting our budget 3D printer Editors' Choice from the XYZprinting da Vinci Mini. Still, it's easy and safe to use and consistently produced objects of good print quality in our testing. 

While testing and reviewing products at home rather than in PC Labs, I have been acutely aware of the dimensions of products and their packaging, in determining how and where to fit them in my New York City apartment. While 3D printers often come in ginormous boxes, the Cadet is a fortunate exception, arriving in a relatively tiny 16.7 by 11.4 by 11

I printed a selection of our standard test objects as well as several files included with the printer.
