If you can, at least one of them is bent. Get a replacement. You spent money on the damn thing, make sure you get what you pay for!

This printer has a niche for me it repeatedly prints 10 minutes parts very small. However a few times has frozen on me and it could have potential for parts that last 3-4 hours but because I had it freeze intermittently about 10 times so far in two weeks really makes it unreliable. Even with that I ordered a second one to get more tests done. Another thing is that Kingroon actually sell all metal heat breaks on their website for their particular printer and you can upgrade this

The hippo turned out really well when they tried it again. This is definitely not the highest quality producing printer BUT neither is the price the highest either. We are thrilled with it for the price paid. Definitely worth it
