 What also with our sea life on and part of the reason I'm calling this a final review is because he already talked about printing abs and how you had to cover the machine, because the bed can only get to 85 degrees and he needed to insulate to The area around it to keep the ABS print printing and he did show off a wonderful print and it looks just choice. He also printed flexible filaments, which is great. I do plan on printing abs and I do plan on printing, flexible filaments on this machine. I just haven't had the opportunity to do that yet so I'm going to lean on the experience of our sea life on he's a reviewer that I trust, and so I know that it will work on this machine because it worked with his machine

 What to do if you're somebody who needs a direct drive on a large format printer which has to work reliably, this machine is something for you only if you want to invest some time, tinkering and improving the machine, it's not that extreme, but you will need some Time, if you're, a user who wants to take it out of the box, assemble it for 20 minutes and then never touch it again, then this machine might not be for you to give you a little bit impression of my own journey about a sprinter. I made this small little graphics, where you have time on the x-axis and height on the y-axis um. Basically, this was my experience after buying the printer. Is this good? Creality CR 10 v3 - 8 Month Review

 however, im confused by the lack of specific upgrade parts for it. Do all standard CR-10 components aside from replacement bed and frame parts work for my CR-10mini? Or should I expect to handle mild modification processes and/or retrofitting to just about anything I try? The info ive gathered through hours of googling seems to go both ways and while I dont mind a little extra work to make the best of whats available, I would just rather not waste money on completely incompatible replacement/upgrade components by mistake.

If you are new to 3D printing, and are unsure of what to ask, try to include the following in your posts as a minimum:

* Your budget, set at a numeric amount. Saying "cheap," or "money is not a problem" is not an answer people can do much with. 3D printers can cost $100, they can cost $10,000,000, and anywhere in between. A rough idea of what you're looking for is essential to figuring out anything else.
* Your country of residence.
* If you are willing to build the printer from a kit, and what your level of experience is with electronic maintenance and construction if so.
* What you wish to do with the printer.
* Any extenuating circumstances that would restrict you from using machines that would otherwise fit your needs (limited space for the printer, enclosure requirement, must be purchased through educational intermediary, etc).

While this is by no means an exhaustive list of what can be included in your posts, these questions should help paint enough of a picture to get started. Don't be afraid to ask more questions, and never worry about asking too many. The people posting in this thread are here because they want to give advice, and any questions you have answered may be useful to others later on, when they read through this thread looking for answers of their own. Everyone here was new once, so chances are whoever is replying to you has a good idea of how you feel currently.

Additionally, a quick word on print quality: Most FDM/FFF (that is, filament based) printers are capable of approximately the same tolerances and print appearance, as the biggest limiting factor is in the nature of extruded plastic. **Asking if a machine has "good prints," or saying "I don't expect the best quality for $xxx" isn't actually relevant for the most part** with regards to these machines. Should you need additional detail and higher tolerances, you may want to explore SLA, DLP, and other photoresin options, as those *do* offer an increase in overall quality. If you are interested in resin machines, make sure you are aware of [how to use them safely](https://www.reddit.com/r/3DPrinting/wiki/resinprinting#wiki_safety). For these safety reasons we don't usually recommend a resin printer as someone's first printer.

Purchase Advice Megathread: What To Buy, Who To Buy It From, And More, In October 2021

 The provided, slicer and inbuilt slicing profiles were also easy to use and, ultimately, the print quality on the majority of my models was quite reasonable. The profiles just need a little bit of tweaking to dial in retraction. The touchscreen interface does a good job in the majority of situations. Models generally stuck well to the glass bed and self-released once they'd cooled down, and i have no complaints about the extruder which is easy to operate and had no problems: printing, flexible tpu

 However, let's move on with unboxing and assembly the printer arrived without damage, thanks to the usual combination of cardboard and foam packaging assembly was pretty straightforward, there's two main components comprising of the upper and lower halves. A series of bolts joined them together and then the rest of the assembly is quite simple, including the braces at the back plugging in cables and installing the filament spool holder. All up i'd say it takes around 15 minutes for people that, like it, you do get the satisfaction of peeling off three separate plastic sheets. The user manual, for the most part, is quite good with clear instructions, clear diagrams and it made assembly quite straightforward

If you're looking to get into 3D printing for the least amount of money possible, the Creality 3D Ender 3 Pro is a great bet. That said, we wouldn't recommend the Creality 3D Ender 3 Pro to anyone not prepared to do a little tinkering with their printer. It is far from a turnkey solution when it arrives — it took the most time to set up of any of the printers in our test fleet. The bulk of the assembly is completed at the factory, so it is much quicker to put together than a full kit, but you still need to attach all the main assemblies and plug in the wiring harness. This takes an hour or two, and there are plenty of resources available from the manufacturer or third parties to help walk you through it. However, it can be a bit daunting if you aren't tech-savvy or well-versed in 3D printers in general. It also can be improved quite a bit by some printed or purchased upgrades. Despite the more involved assembly process, this is still our top recommendation for anyone on a tight budget. Unlike some other bargain models, the Creality 3D Ender 3 Pro is a printer that you won't immediately outgrow — but expect to treat the machine like a project of its own, rather than just a tool.

This is a screaming deal for a home-use machine.  I moved from an ancient Prusa i3 to an Ender 5 plus (at four times the price of this Ender 3 Pro) and have been very, very happy with it.

 This is what i printed on it. These are running so we're going to do a sound floor right so just going to look at what is the current sound level and then we'll compare it once we have the printer running all right, so you can see it's anywhere from between 45 and 53.. Let'S get the printer running all right, so the printer started, i'm going to do is go back to our sound and then we'll see how quiet it is not much difference

 This is really nice. It'S a very, very durable part um. This is a a leg holder for 3d printer. I did some petg right

 Carbon fiber, so we're going to be taking a look at the overall print samples that we've gotten using some carbon fiber filament that we have in our kind of lab area and you'll see how good this quality is, so that pei spring steel sheet is for printing. Those higher temperature materials, but it's going to work well with against standard pla, petg, abs and all the things that you're printing normally now. In addition to that, the nozzle temperature has changed quite a bit. Uh you're going to be able to raise the temperature all the way up to 300 c and the bed could go all the way up to 100 c now that is again to be able to support these materials that require higher temperature to print now, keep in Mind that when you're printing, these higher temp materials having an enclosure is always a good idea now this has no enclosure, so you're going to see the overall quality that i've gotten printing, petg or abs through this printer, and i have to say that it's done a Really good job, but once again i'm having some type of enclosure, still something that i would recommend now

 This is what i like so much about this uh. This ender series is it's really just out of the box tinker-free. It just works great first layers, no real tweaking you know using standard settings. It'S going

The Best Ender Yet?  Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro!

 So to correct this I had to invest in a BLTouch so I can do a mesh bed leveling - otherwise if I zero to those corners and print in the area the nozzle will gouge the bed. So at this point I'm unwilling to deal with them any further - after giving me such a fuss over a bracket and a cheap mat can you imagine the response I'd get for an entire heating bed? So - buyer beware indeed. I will be contacting Amazon finally to see if I can't get a little better response. I will update if anything changes

Updated: Decent cheap printer that needs better quality control and better customer service

 It does have a cooling fan, but the difference is that cooling fan only comes on when it needs to reducing the noise. When the printer is sitting there at idle, I think on paper that the printer should now be safe. I mean well is a trusted brand and it's built that reputation from years of quality products. Therefore, there should be even smaller chance than before of anything failing and catching on fire
