This is a big one. Seems like an afterthought in the design. Its one of the narrowest, flimsiest hip belts I've ever seen on a backpack (well, except for the 28L version which is more like a seatbelt). There is one zippered pocket that's so small you might be able to squeeze in a stick of gum (not exaggerating)

This was a gentle city hop- and I can’t imagine what it will look like when I ask it to work. I am nervous about sending it back to seller- will they take it with those scratches? It certainly looks used, so they won’t be able to resell.

My only complaints are the laptop compartment and lack of luggage strap/pass-through. As other reviews have mentioned, it’s difficult sliding my 13” MacBook Pro in sideways when the bag is packed. If the compartment had a bit more structure/separation from the main interior it could be a bit easier. I also feel the lack of luggage pass-through was a miss, especially since there’s already a panel to tuck away the shoulder & waist straps

I have an ipad and a 13"laptop, but the specialized laptop sleeve is too short to fit them. The rubberized outer material will "stick" to the overhead bin plastic and make it harder to shove in there. I don't like the 50/50 suitcase style packs (didn't know that until I used them awhile). Not enough dedicated zippered pockets
