Cooking Time

My New Head Chef - Does All My Cooking for Me

First off, I absolutely hate cooking. I don't like the mess. It takes too much time. My recipes never turn out like they show in the cookbooks

Awesome high quality air fryer

Set up was very easy and I followed the user guide to do a one time 20 minute "cook" with it empty followed by cleaning it thoroughly. It's honestly a very nice looking piece of equipment and deserves a spot on anyone's kitchen counters.

Baking

Great first impressions -

F. At 3 minutes remaining, I pulled the basket out and checked them with the intent of flipping them over. But I decided to wait and see what the end result if they weren't flipped. I was very surprised to see the end result were biscuits that looked as if they had been cooked in a conventional oven

This air fryer completely converted me

I have baked cookies, potatoes, and cinnamon rolls and roasted corn on the cob and brussel sprouts. I've fried salmon croquettes, hash potatoes browns, apple pie fritters, bacon, ravioli and hot wings (the best!!). The hot wings are amazing. I don't know if I left out anything, but I can tell you that I have honestly used it at least twice a day since I received it

Temperature

Works very well. Some mixed results on certain items that I need to figure out.

I wish the temp could go about 50 degrees higher overall, but it works pretty well regardless and it's far less messy than an actual grease deep fryer and uses less oil.

Our first air fryer is slick, a delight to use and easy to clean!

This is probably a temperature warning signal that continues until the unit has cooled. Other than unplugging the unit, if you keep the drawer slightly ajar the display lights will go out and the unit will cease pinging much quicker. Also, the unit is not super heavy so if your countertop is very slick you may have to steady the unit with one hand while opening it to prevent the whole unit from sliding with the drawer. It does have rubber feet but a non-slip or silicone pad underneath may help if you encounter this issue

Frying Basket

Good air fryer, but read the phone app permissions

There are a few things I would like to see improved on this air fryer. The handle which attaches the inner basket to the lower basket feels like it will not stand the test of time. I think this would be better if the inner basket and its handle were one solid piece instead of a plastic handle fastened to the basket. The clear plastic piece covering the button which releases the inner basket from the lower basket feels like it is about to fall off at any moment

This air fryer completely converted me

I got this item completely skeptical that it could be as I have owned deep fryers. This is the best kitchen appliance I purchased in a very long time and I got one for all of my married kids and They also LOVE their air fryer and use it all the time. Different foods take different times and temps so you have to figure out how to get everything hot at the same time. This dual basket solves that
