That'S because they recommend that when you start and haven't used it yet that you run it through a pre-heat cycle for a while to get you know, it's it's a nonstick drawer, so to get that, whatever whatever they put on there to make that non-stick um to Get that to kind of burn off before you. Actually, you use it

 So 360 degrees arrange on the in in a single layer cooks for 11 minutes. So if we did this within a conventional oven, it'd be about 20 minutes takes about half the time in an air fryer. I don't know who does it in the microwave anymore, because they're, soggy and just kind of nasty, so i don't know why you never do it in a microwave so that speed of getting it done quick in there. I wouldn't really care for um

 The other nice thing is pretty much everything that you get from recipes now comes with air fry instructions, oops the button there comes with air fry instructions.   We have already recommended this to friends and will continue to do so.  Clean up is a snap with the teflon coated surfaces and we keep it out with our other kitchen appliances and the finish is nice and clean.

 All of these are extremely well made and fit in and out of there very very easily. So one of the things that I want to see when I'm doing one of these is, can I use my regular baking things, I'm a gadget geek. I have a ton of appliances. Now this oven tells you that they'll fit a 5 pound chicken that will fit a 13 inch pizza and that you can cook 12 muffins in it

 So I was like well. Let me see if I can use my regular muffin pan in it. Let'S see how that works. This is a regular muffin pan now in fairness, it has a lot of extra room on the sides, and I can tell you this: one is not gon na fit in there

 So i'm going to go ahead and do a taste of one now all right, they're, good, they're, moist the outside is not very crispy. I mean it's, you know they're done, but not very crispy. If you like, a really crispy outside they're, not there they're moist, though you know real moist inside and totally done so they turned out good all the same, and you know the cooker is able to do some decent work.  I heard a little click in there, so i think it realizes it reached 450 and it might be trying to avoid overheating, so it reached 455. I heard the click it's you know been running for five minutes now on the clock here. So you know this is pretty interesting. I guess it takes the preheat plus another five minutes

 So i'm putting medium and if you hit time temp again it doesn't really do anything. You don't get to select the number of slices, but the cooker is totally cool now and if i just hit start, we see that it's going to do uh, basically a three minute thing, but it counts down. It was like 300 seconds actually because it's counting down from 300 down in seconds, so it's not really like minutes, it's like 300 seconds, which is interesting, but we'll stop that and just keep that in mind for later. Okay

 Okay. Now it's time to do an initial plug-in of the cooker, so just going to take and plug it all in and once we plug in, we get a nice little beep get our display that lights up, and so with this. I just want to talk about a few things as we see it starts up with fahrenheit, but if you press and hold the light button for a few seconds it switches over to celsius, so i'm just going to switch it on back to fahrenheit. Again, i don't really know what means to stop the beeping
