Cosori Dual Blaze 6.8 Quart Smart vs Philips Airfryer XXL

I thought the Duel Blaze 6.8 model with the heat element on both the top and bottom was the next step up. I purchased the 6.8 and started to compare the differences between the two models

We tried the burgers at 400F for 8 minutes based upon a recommendation for beef burgers. After the first smoke event, i dialed down to 325F, but ended up with the same result.
