Columbia Bora Bora II Booney vs Xtratuf Men’s 6 in Ankle Deck Boot

I returned this item because I needed a wide brim hat that would cover the back of my neck on sunny days. The 3" brim on this hat did not appear to be sufficient. I found another hat with a 4" brim on Amazon. It was actually a better deal, costing me $9 versus the $22 for this Columbia hat

i would recommend to go up a half size and if your wide footed they might or might not break in.. still pending on that but besides that great on slip rocks and rainy days

I have a very average foot, with a size of 10.5 usually. I ordered the 11s and the boot felt great all around with good quality and support, but it did not fit the top of my foot right. So much so that even though the boot was definitely the right size for me, they would almost fall off as I walked

Love this hat for comfort and versatility. I initially bought it for hiking, which I do use it for, but love working in my yard and having this to shade my neck and face. The chin slide is sufficient. The head has an adjust slide on the back which is useful

The second flaw is that they are just not that comfortable. The provided insole had no givewhatsoever. They do work well when I wear pants that I can put over the outside of the boot. But since I wear athletic pants that don’t go over the boot they are not that useful to me

I bought this hat for camping/hiking and hanging out on the beach. Solid color. Good materials. No concerns so far

My only complaint is that I "thought" i ordered brown, but was shipped blue. I will live, but this is one of the issues i have with ordering without trying on the shoes and all that goes with touching and viewing an actual object not photo. Color can be very tricky being highly dependent on the type of light used to make the shoe stand out as presented on your site.
