I honestly don't love this scent. I felt like this didn't carry "rose". It felt more musky and spicy, maybe floral (but not rose) and somewhat masculine. It does last all day, which is excellent if you enjoy the scent

Aventus is the original, which I would also recommend over this version. “Aventus Cologne” was released in 2019 as a fresher version of the original Creed Aventus. The original Aventus was released in 2010. I recommend anyone interested go smell them both at Nordstrom, they’re both very similar but I prefer the original
