I've been using the Chrome Kadet with a padded camera insert, and it has been just a tad bit too small. With my usual camera gear (Sony A7II and 2 medium-ish sized lenses) the bag looks like its stuffed to capacity due to the padded insert, so I was looking for something just a little bit bigger, and this one seems to be the best bet.

Best sling?

 When the strap is situated on my shoulder close to my neck, the horizontal force and overall weight is rather uncomfortable. With the strap further out, on the meat of my shoulder, almost to the point of falling off, it's much more comfortable, but I feel a tension or pull in my oblique/lower back on the other side.

Nonetheless, I am still looking for a fairly minimalist approach to EDC. I always carry a water bottle with me and I'd like to keep it separate from the rest of my carry in case of leakage, since most of it are electronics anyway.

If possible, something not that bulky or expensive that can hold a Nintendo Switch if necessary.

Would you have any recommendations?

currently I use the Niko Messenger Bag by Chrome, and though I really like it, I find myself wishing for a smaller and a lighter bag.

I usually carry a phone, keys, a wallet, and small Kryptonite U lock.would like to be able to carry a small water bottle and a jacket (can strap it to the outside of the bag), but it's not a necessity.

I also think a stabilizer strap might be really important for cycling, though I don't really know.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a specific bag or a brand that might have what I'm looking for? Thanks to anyone that can help!
