You got this big velcro strap right here and then times an okra here. so you just slam this thing down and it's usually strong enough where I'll even eat it like scrap it up. Chrome Mini Metro Messenger Bag Review

 How is this even a problem? p I'm a 6 ft 2 in tall 238 lb Athlete with no body fat and you'd think I was 400 lb. Trying to wear this thing half the time. I originally bought the mini metro and had to actually return it because it was so unwearable. I got the larger one and I can wear it as long as I have a t-shirt or something on

How is the strap this short?

  2. The seatbelt buckle feels like it's made out of light duty aluminum or tin, instead of the heavy duty steel from the older ones, as long as it holds up, it's a non-issue. Cost savings I assume?  Also, unlike the Metropolis the Citizen has nowhere to really stow the stabilizer strap when not in use. Am I missing something here? I don't always need/want to use the stabilizer strap

 I have the Citizen strap nearly maxed out, while my (older model) Metropolis and Kadet, I have around 8 inches of 'tail' to work with. Ultimately, I feel like I'll need to get a longer strap professionally installed..

Great Bags... but..

its good just wished the insides was bigger to carry more items its needs to be MORE expandable! overall i love the waterproof insides my items never get damaged...

 A little more strap allowance would really solve this problem, and it wouldn't cost them a whole lot. This is especially probably a concern for taller and those that have a larger build.  I like these bags a lot, but I still think that Chrome can perfect them just a little bit more!

 I would like to see them using more accents (especially a light colored liner to make finding things easier) to spruce up things a little bit.  My major gripe is with the strap system. It is very comfortable when adjusted all the way up, but there isn't a lot of versatility in how you can wear the bag, especially if your right shoulder gets sore.  Since I am unable to find a CHROME bag of the same size as my faithful "METROPOLIS". With trepidation and hesitation I am forced to return the "CITIZEN" and switch brands to a New York based competitor.

Too small for someone 6'2" tall not a suitable replacement for my "METROPOLIS"

I returned this bag because of two reasons: (1) It was a lot bigger than I expected, even when I did measure it out. (2) The material is the equivalent of rough canvas, even though it looks smooth. Additionally, that strap pad is NOT thick enough to compensate for the weight of the bag once you put items in. I was wearing it for 5 minutes after putting my laptop in it and the strap was just cutting into me like none other

The overall boxy design of the Rains Backpack means it pairs well with pouches, organizers, packing cubes, and anything else that comes with a squared-off design. Water bottles also fit inside nicely if they sat flush to one side and wedged in by other stuff in the pack. It’s no travel bag that can swallow up your entire closet, but it’s enough for your everyday items like a jacket, notebooks, some textbooks, and a packed lunch. 

 Unfortunately, the shoulder straps themselves are thin and do not distribute load very well on your shoulders. Sure they look nice—but this is one area where less doesn’t mean more.

 This is my 13 inch MacBook Pro retina. It fits in there. Fine, it's important to note that this laptop compartment is lightly padded and it is suspended from the bottom of the back. So there is a bit of impact protection in the case that you accidentally drop this bag

 The snap buttons at the top of the roll top plus the roll top itself, and also the polyurethane exterior, really helps prevent water from getting inside the main compartment. Now inside the main compartment, there are no further pockets, it doesn't have access to the laptop compartment. That'S a separate compartment in love itself and so I've just chucked in a whole slew of items inside I've got my Patagonia better sweater jacket. I'Ve got my Maxpedition emergency kit

 If we take a close look to the top of the roll top, we can see that it's been snapped shut by these button snaps. This really helps seal off the main compartment and help Gus at the top of the main compartment, so that water won't get inside the compartment, which is really helpful. Ideal For Cyclists - The Rains Rolltop Rucksack

 I don't necessarily need two black backpacks and this velvet color it's just like it's giving so really happy with that one, and i love green. So this color is also great for me and i, as i said biggest sell for me, is the laptop pouch on the side. If this bag, the velvet looking one had a laptop pouch on the inside and maybe a bit more cushioning in the straps, it would be flawless. Maybe the the regular size msn is like that um

 I don't know what i mean. I could probably figure out from the tag um what material that they're using, but basically this one is yeah. The tag says: msn bag mini and the color is velvet black, and that's why i really love it, because i saw that they had black and they had two black bags and one was kind of like a dull color and the other one was this one, and On the website i was like wow that looks shiny. I wonder if it's patent um, but when it arrived, it's it's better because it's patent, but not that shiny patent

 So it has a bit of cushioning or maybe just put the laptop in the sleeve and then put it in here, but it would then, depending on what type of laptop you have make it a little bit heavier and these straps, you might feel it a bit. But i'll have to test it out to really confirm, but these are the two bags and uh yeah, and these are the two bags from the back uh. You can see the difference in terms of the cushioning and the padding on the straps and the back of the bags themselves, but overall, quite nice and then in terms of size yeah, this msn mini it comes in what is this four inches shorter than the uh Roll top rucksack so but overall, very happy with the purchase most of all happy with the price uh. I am a bargain hunter, and so when i come across a good deal, uh yeah

 Yes, a small zip on the inside, but no laptop um pouch, which is okay, because i guess maybe you're not meant to carry your laptop in this smaller one and then the straps on the bag. They'Re not padded or anything like that. It'S pretty basic, but they can be adjusted and i think yeah, it's a bad just for everyday use to carry around like your general items, but not heavy stuff, because there isn't support in the straps, and it also has this handle at the top. If you want to hold it like that for any reason anyway, i'm just gon na put the hooks back on and then i'll tell you why i love this bag so much so the material

Rains Backpack Review & Try-on | Mini MSN & Roll Top Rucksack

This has been a great commuter bag! Fits my 17" computer and other necessities while it has a slim profile and I love that it's waterproof. The straps are a bit thin which can become uncomfortable on the shoulders with a lot of weight for long periods but it hasn't been a problem for me at all. Overall it seems really durable and well-made!
