  I  did some research on whether or not air frying was "healthy". Fried foods produce a chemical called acrylamide, which causes cancer.  Air frying reduces this chemical by about 90%! That's a big improvement!! So not only does it reduce the calories from using less oil, it also reduces the cancer causing chemical we get from frying!

Crispy fried foods made healthy!!!

 We're a family of four and this is the perfect size to cook what is needed and even if it weren't for some things then I'll just cook in batches. The shake option is pretty cool especially when cooking chicken wings. It beeps when ready which is a great feature when you don't have time to keep an eye on it. Great product! Worth the investment in my opinion

 Like I said, however, I love how it's healthier so I'll survive. Another bonus is that you don't have to worry about oil splatter since the air fryer uses air and is enclosed while cooking anyway. We're a family of four and this is the perfect size to cook what is needed and even if it weren't for some things then I'll just cook in batches. I like this one, it’s just not big enough for what I want to do. I can’t cook a full size pizza. Easy controls, easy to set. I like my inner light to stay on but this one shuts off after a minute or so

Good for small family

 I just received a replacement basket from Chefman as it is under the one year warranty. I recommend buying the $7.99 3 year extended warranty! I keep mine set at 400 and cook everything that way. Just reduce times if you feel it should be cooked at a lower temperature

I do not know what grade to post I have only used this Fryer once doing small potatoes The coating on the basket came off and stuck to the food. It is a thin plastic-like coating which peels off! I dared not eat the potatoes! Now after having washed the basket and letting it air dry it has rust on it. I am very sorry since I have not even had a chance to test this fryer Has anybody else had the same experience with this fryer? I have to return it. On the photos you may see the very thin plastic coating which came off while cooking

This air fryer gets three stars because I have to cook foods twice as long as instructed and they have small cooking area. You must cook in batches and this is one of the bigger models, so not a good choice if cooking for large families. I do like that I can sprinkle with a bit of olive oil rather than deep fry foods and I like the end results when I have used it but watch the surrounding areas getting too hot.
