Casio SGW300HB vs Tissot Gentleman

It's not a good choice if the main thing you want to be able to do is glance at it very quickly and see instantly what time it is. That said, the buttons work well and it looks like it can take some abuse. I've had lousy luck getting Timex watches to last, so if this proves to be durable, it's probably worth it even though I paid extra for features I'll never use.

You could always change the band but I think they did a great job with the band as it is. My other Tissot I’ve had for a year and wear it several days out of the week. It is also automatic and has not let me down once. I know this brand holds up as that watch has been my day to day wear and still looks brand new

I replaced the battery and it worked for about 12 hours, then died. I replaced the battery again, same results. Since it is past the 1-year point I'm not even going to bother contacting Casio. From what everyone else says it would be a wasted effort
