I love my new CamelBak! It is easy to use, comfortable to wear and is a pack. I toss in some snacks, a wallet, pop my phone in the pocket and ready to go. And there is plenty of room for mementos from a state or national park visitor center.

I was looking for a really light daypack to carry with me on a week long backpacking trip.  The weight listed for this item does not include the hydration reservoir which is not stated in the description. I ultimately did not use this pack on my trip because I already owned one that was lighter than this pack.

Also the water pack is not huge but perfect for day hikes. I do wish it had more than the 1 zipper pocket but I make it work. Overall I am satisfied with it.

I got this pack for day hiking and I’ve used it quite a bit... well first of all it’s actually smaller than the pictures make it seem which i was ok with but the top strap doesn’t attach for me and I’m not a big person

Not what I was expecting but good product

I am very upset this product appeared to work great then when I took it out instead of my trusty camelback blowfish it leaked all over me and my gear. I thought is was just the bladder sweating but there was water pooling in the bottom of the compartments. Don’t waste your money. They don’t make them like they used too

Worst thing I have bought from this company

 It even holds more than I expected, and can fit a small towel for those hikes that involve a dip in the water.  The water pouch holds 1.5 liters, which from my usage is the perfect amount of liquid for a 5-7 mile hike. It's all made from quality materials, and should hold the test of time

 The main compartment here on the front opens up with these two little buckle closures. Get inside there you got that drawstring closure which is great so you can lock everything into place once you get your gear on the inside. On the inside, there you got lots of organization with these panels, dividers for keeping everything in place. And of course you also have your hydration system

 On the back you see got these padded shoulder straps lined with mesh or they're really breathable. keep your shoulders feeling great. The Gregory Nano 18 H2O earns recognition for its excellent value, thanks to its large volume and low weight at a surprisingly low price tag. This awesome pack has one of the larger storage volumes &#40;18 liters&#41; and water capacities &#40;3 liters&#41; in this category, while still managing to boast one of the lowest weights and price tags. The simple, straightforward design makes it easy to carry bulkier items in the primary storage compartment and keep smaller items organized in the exterior zippered pocket on the top lid. The hydration system is painless to use and take in and out of the pack.
However, the Nano 18 H2O sacrifices many of the premium features found on some of the pricier packs. Considering it's one of the most affordable packs we tested, it's certainly comfortable, though the padded back panel is not as breathable as other models with open mesh panels, potentially leading to a hot, sweaty back. Overall, would recommend this to anyone looking to take their day hiking gear a notch above without spending $$$. I packed my camera, lenses, windbreaker, snacks, valuables, and water and still had enough room for sandals etc. if I wanted. With lifelong warranty and solid build, I am sure this guy will come with me to many a places!

Could be better but overall a solid option

I'm 6'2" and about 275lbs, hips ~ 44in. I say this because the most important thing for me when looking for a pack was getting one with high volume that would comfortably fit. This pack fit me well in the shoulders and cross chest attachment (I removed the hip attachment because it barely fit and would have been uncomfortable), and was comfortable throughout a 7 hour hike of cloud's rest in yosemite. The 3L of water ran out on the way down the hike, roughly 6 hours in, but with the extra pack volume I was able to carry an additional 40oz of water with me for the remaining portion and on the ride home

 Since then I've taken it out on shorter trails near me to provide water for myself and my girlfriend for 1-3 hours with no issue. A big tip I got from another review was freezing 1-2 L of water in the pack overnight with the lid open to not break it. This kept the water cold for the entire hike.

Additionally I've found with some smaller packs they feel funny on me. Like they're comically small on my frame. I do not feel that with this pack while still having a small form factor.

Big Guy - Worked for me

 When I pull the shoulder straps up enough that the waist buckle hits the right spot at the top of my hips, the back of the pack digs into my neck. This is a problem with Osprey’s one size hydration packs as well. That part that is supposed to be some sort of cushion distributing weight across the nape of the neck ends up coming up so high, it’s intolerable. Gregory, please consider making day and hydration packs in XS, too! 

Despite other women on here that are my height and weight (5’, 100lbs) saying the pack fits them well, it did not fit my 14” torso at all. According to the specs, this is the lower limit, but they should consider adjusting it. Not for petites

 It's a Gregory Nano 20 liter day pack. It's very similar to mine. The difference is though, it has two water, uh, two pockets for your water bottle. Uh, it has no lid, but it has some extra pockets up here or a pipe here at the top, another zipper pocket here

So my wife's got her phone charger here

 It's very light and I can take it anywhere. I go wherever I go, but we're happy with these bags. [Music]

 So this bag has two pockets on this one here on the side for your water bottle and another small pocket. Put small things in and I like to hang my cool rag right here. I really like this bag because it's very light, it doesn't scratch, scratch your skin. It's very easy to carry on on your back

Gregory Nano 22 L H2O Day Pack  - REI Exclusive

This is a major improvement to my dayhikes. I would carry roughly 3L of water in my previous pack, but in separate bottles. It was quite uncomfortable, without any padding between my back and the large nalgene water bottle I carried in the pack, and balancing the weight of each water bottle in the side pockets made for an uncomfortable experience.

The 3L reservoir which comes with this pack is great. At full capacity, the weight is distributed evenly across the center of my back. The magnetic latch for the nozzle, which connects to the sternum strap, is a great feature. I have been reservoir-pilled, so to speak, at least for my day hikes

The hip belt is removable. The clips for both the sternum and hip belt seem to be of good quality and will likely be durable. As mentioned, I've only put a few miles on this pack, but the adjustment straps seem to be a similar quality of that on the Paragon, which continue to work great after 40 miles. The height of the sternum strap is also adjustable, and the clips holding it onto the shoulder straps are firm enough to stay in place but also easily adjustable

Small, Comfortable, Hydrated

 Now let's talk about ACCESS. There almost isn't any, which is a good thing/bad thing again. You have access to the mesh side bottle slots and the lid pocket without unbundling the pack. To reach the main compartment, you have to pop the lid and undo a drawstring

Good looking for flights, 3L water for sightseeing

 If the world opens up again, I plan on using this pack while bike commuting to work, the pocket for the bladder fits my 13in laptop perfectly and just barely accommodates a 15in MacBook pro. I've also used this on a quick overnight and it was great. Considering that I got this as a part of the labor day sale, this was a great deal, and a good system for those looking to build a kit from scratch.
