Burton AK Gore-Tex Clutch Mitts vs Dakine Titan Gore-Tex Mitt

After one week of snowboard vacation with reasonable use the leather gloves were damaged. Not so durable.

Very disappointing that the cut of the thumbs and the materials used makes them tight!

Ive been using them for weeks snowboarding and hands have always been 100% dry. 4 stars just because they could be a little warmer.

The quality is good, but they weren't warm enough for my wife in ~10F unfortunately, she had to use warmers.

The mitt seems like not completely bonded to the outer walls, but it seems like it's good enough to where it's stitched across the top here, here and ...

Please do not read this 3 star review as these being mediocre/sub-par gloves. Easily a 5 star product if it fits you correctly.

I ordered an extra large which is what I usually take. Also seemed to be right by Dakine chart. But it was too small. I also found that the liner glove was not to my liking

Sizing: I typically wear a large FINGERED glove and had to size down to a medium for the mitt. YMMV.

The only problem with these gloves is that they run abnormally small. Get a size up! I'm normally an XL in gloves, but the XL in these were tight even when not wearing the liners. I then sized up the the XXL and the thumb area is still a little tight when wearing the liners. However, I would still highly recommend getting a pair of these to anyone!

5 stars because the function I really bought these for - keeping warm while snowboarding and still having some sort of dexterity - works perfectly, shockingly well for how thin they are.

Man, I wish I didn’t lose my OR mitts. Now they are ridiculously expensive. Might check out the heated Savior Mittens after these are returned.
