Buck Special 119BKS Hunting Knife Fixed Blade vs Havalon Titan Pro Folding Hunting Knife Black

The blade arrived quite dull and couldn't shave any hair even with some decent pressure. I also have a new standard 119 (which costs 1/3 the price as this) and it arrived super sharp with a nice even grind. There is no way this "pro" version is worth 3x as much as the standard 119. Even if they were priced exactly the same I would choose the original

I did my first deer with this knife shortly after I purchased it and am really happy with it. I know everyone has their preference on knives when it comes to skinning, but this thing is perfect for my needs and I'm very happy with it.

That's just my personal preference. I've always wanted a Buck 119 Special and the time has come. This hunting knife is a keeper for life. The leather sheath is made in Mexico but appears to be saddle quality leather and seems very tough

I have one that I only use in the kitchen and I never have to sharpen it; just change the blade. Blades last a long time.

Knife is great edc. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I wish it were a little thinner and I wish it had the same clip that's on the Havalon HV127EDGE-BRK Baracuta or that same design.
