This copier is super for such a low price the best thing for me is that is as fast as a $400 printer my wife has, for her work! Software set up is EZ I had a hard time buying one of these as is new out, so speed and and EZ set u are key for me in such a basic price

The ink costs on the Workforce Pro 3820 are significant. I would take that one off your list unless you want to pay $20-40 for each color ink cartridge.

I understand it comes with some, but trust in this. You will need to order more black ink very quickly

I am having problems with the machine staying connected to my wireless internet. Now, whether this is my machine's issue or the internet service, I don't know. Except my last brother multi function machine never had that issue. Another issue is the paper tray paper catcher doesn't always catch the printed paper
