The right shoe will be key in letting you finish your runs pain free, which will lead to stronger running muscles, and you may find that after a while you'll be able to find confort in a wider range of shoes. Hope this helps and have fun!

Also is it safe to slowly transition from my Kayano 28s to the Ghost 14 assuming my feet get stronger from running in less stable shoes? I don't want to get shin splits etc. Thank you!

Anyone have/had peroneal tendonitis? I haven’t been to my doc yet, but I’m pretty positive I have it.

I work in a retail setting where I'm on my feet all day, with a combination of standing and walking. I will rotate these with my Ghost 13s.

Today was the first stride repeat training day since purchasing the Endo's and boy oh boy was it a great time!

Moreover, the quality is not that great. I had a hole the side and front of the shoes peeled off. Usually, when I buy stunning shoes it lasts forever, but this one didn’t last 6 months. For the price I expect it to last at least one year

Let me be clear. I LOVED the Ride, at least for iso 1/2. Firm stable and responsive. Lasted about 300-400 miles or so for me
