The cleaning tool provide has two ends to greatly assist with that or your finger! The pulp for most items is relatively bland with little to no juice left. If you follow the proper sequence of alternating hard and soft produce, nothing should stick in the feed shoot. However there is a reverse button and a pusher if you need additional help. NEVER put your fingers or any other utensil down the shoot to force items through!! All in all I'm happy with this purchase

I have been juicing centrifuge for over 40 yrs and I am healthy. I have a $600 Champion masticating do not use it 4 same reason as this juicer I returned.

Basically I wanted something quality, quick, easy-to-clean, not horribly expensive, and didn't produce a ton of foam. I know centrifugal juicers are pretty much entry level juicers, but I don't really juice enough to justify spending so much money on the masticating juicers. This model is a great entry level juicer though from my experience. The build quality is pretty solid with no small parts prone to running away

The big positive here is the actual juicing process is super fast. You just pour in the chopped celery or produce into the chute and it self feeds. No "baby-sitting" I have not had any trouble with things getting stuck or the juicer struggling. I also juice ginger, turmeric and oranges for immunity shots and mango banana sorbet with frozen fruit that you thaw for 10 min
