 It turns out that the motor has an overheat cutout that shuts down. After unplugging and waiting and hour, it works again. None of this obviates the need for a stronger motor. And my first juicer failed completely

 The machine is very easy to clean. All of the pieces are easy to remove and you just rinse them under the faucet. It takes a little more than a minute to clean the machine - it's amazingly well designed. 5

 It's very quick. It will juice two orange halves (a whole orange) in about 5-7 seconds. 2. Because the center of the juicer is powered and rotates, it takes very little effort to operate

 It takes just three oranges to get approximately 16 ounces of juice. 4. The machine is very easy to clean. All of the pieces are easy to remove and you just rinse them under the faucet

 I'd also ask for a way to attach the receiving container so it can't slip away. I'd ask for it somehow to take up less storage space. I'd ask it to grind the pump a bit so as to get more in the juice. OK, while I'm at it, I'd ask for it to cut the fruit and put it on the reamer for me, then take out the garbage

 (A third hand would help.) It may leave a bit of pulp in the rind, but very little juice gets left. The machine stays in place on the counter.  If I were looking for perfection, I'd ask for a larger reamer for grapefruit

 I'd ask it to grind the pump a bit so as to get more in the juice. OK, while I'm at it, I'd ask for it to cut the fruit and put it on the reamer for me, then take out the garbage. ;-)  I occasionally see the question of whether it can juice anything but citrus. No, it can't

I have two other citrus juicers, including one with a handle, and a Cusinart I just got which has no handle. The Breville costs way more than the Cuisinar ($24)t, and probably doesn't juice much better than the Big Boss ($116), but the Breville feels so much better to operate, a superior experience, intangible advantages, like an expensive sports car. I'll keep the Big Boss as an emergency back-up, but the Cuisinart, no handle, is strictly for those who don't care about giving their palm an uncomfortable work-out, or who think it's not worth the dough to get a handle juicer.

A superior juicing experience

I had another citrus juicer that required I press down hard while the juicer spun around. I make a pitcher of juice at a time (we have a lot of citrus trees) and after a while my wrists and hands would ache. I don't have arthritis, it just required consistent, long-held pressure to extract the juice. Plus, it was noisy - couldn't listen to music or watch tv while juicing

 It got to where I didn't want to make juice. I had finally had it and went looking for another juicer and found this Breville model. Wow! What a difference. It's very quiet and FAST

 Wow! What a difference. It's very quiet and FAST. Whoosh, Whoosh, and the orange, grapefruit, lime is DONE! It's actually FUN! The handle makes juicing a very comfortable process and there's something so satisfying about watching the juice pour out of the little spout. The strainer and juice-catcher below it are much larger than my previous model so I don't have to flush it out as often - so the overall time it takes to juice 20 oranges has gone way down

 OMG!!!  At this point I just want my money back.  The juicer isn't that great either, you can only do about three juices at a time because the fruit starts getting jammed and you have to wash all the parts to do a new one.  I don't recommend this machine!!! I hope I do get my money back.  I feel frustrated about all this happening!!!

The blank cone over rotates and plastic auger brakes twice in 5 times use

 look up how long juicing shelf life is. look up other companies/brands and where they source their plastic and labor. all that being said, i found that the OMEGA J8006HDS was the best fit for me and my needs. the price is worth it too for the warranty - not every brand offers that warranty

 not too many knooks or cranies for food to get into, so pretty much you just rinse every piece and its good to go. fast cleaning.  do your research. look up differences btwn masticating and centrifugal

 I'm going to tell you everything about it including how to assemble it and how you can use it.

 First off, I do love it. I've had this for about a year and I basically use it almost every other day.

 It's super easy to assemble and you can use it for so many things if you do want to make juice. So it's basically a juicer.

 The good thing about it is that it's super easy to assemble. You can use so many vegetables, fruits, whatever you like.

 However, the only downside I would say is that you do get a lot of pulp.

 And if you're the type of person that feels bad about wasting all that pulp, then it may not be for you.

 But you can always use the pulp for your soups or you could put it in cakes. For example, the carrot pulp can go in cake.

 Okay, so let's get right into assembling. So I've got five pieces here. So go ahead and you could start with this piece here.

 So just put it in and make sure there's open and close sign here. So go ahead and close it.

 Okay, so after that is assembled, you have two other pieces. So go ahead and place this one in.
