I normally don't write reviews but my experience with this product compelled me to this time. Basically, a screw broke in half during the assembly. How was this thing supposed to support 185 pounds when I can't even put it together without snapping one of the four screws that hold this thing together? I understand it is only $30, but the whole thing felt cheap and brittle. Stronger hardware is strongly suggested

I didn't like this and stopped using it after a week sadly. You read the reviews and look at the product and it seems like it'll solve all your gym needs at home. The truth is it sucks to use. If you've never tried to do your main body workouts with a band before, I would wait to buy this

Easy set up, and feels pretty sturdy, my 220lbs can hang from it. After 1 week it is used throughout the day by my son whenever he has a spare few minutes. So far so good. I expect to see some results of consistent use in 3 weeks +

The equipment seems well made and it is comfortable I wanted something to help me keep in condition without taking a lot of time or a trip to the gym. I find the manual to be easier to use than the workout video. The video does show you how to adjust the length of the tubes by using your feet during workouts. I wish I had an extra door anchor so that I could complete my routines without having to move the anchor between exercises but I did converted the Small Anywhere Anchor using a piece of large swim noodle

I would recommend some workout gloves or additional padding as the cushions for the hands tend to be a bit harsh on the palms and create friction which leads to unpleasant palms (I always use padding in the gym and at home since my palms tend to be sensitive to abrasion and friction). That's the reason for the 4 stars really. Great product. PS: I think it helps to install it in a doorway that has no doors just to avoid doors hitting it
