My only complaint thus far is the sticking to the non stick basket and pan but the parchment paper liners solve that issue. It does take a lot of counter space and has suction cups on the bottom which for me is a nuisance but I understand why they would have them for more safety. With the burger next time we will cook for less time it was moist and well done on the inside and they did taste good. We were able to do 4 burgers at a time, have since purchased a shelf accessory to add a second layer to put more burgers on at the same time

Love the air fryer - okay if it was oil based it would be better tasting, but for health reasons I went with the Elite Platinum Air fryer and am very happy. Shrimp, wings, sweet potato fries, regular fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks are the items that I've made so far. All came out very good and used a teaspoon or two of oil only (for fries at least) to get things crispy. My biggest complaint - the dials controlling temperature and time. The round dials are OK, but the lettering is so tiny. If I had to do it again I would buy one with a digital control panel. And, l have to admit this thing has not proven to be the answer to upping my cooking skills

While the machine is better than just frying in oil or the oven, I have to use a higher temp along with usually 4-8 minutes longer depending on what is in and how thick. Cleanup isn’t that easy for the 2 I received (one was replaced under warranty as it had even worse problems with heating). Eventually I can get it clean but I spend over 15 minutes sometimes depending on what I cook. Too big to have on my counter from day to day. It looks exactly like the hair blow dryers we used in the 50's and 60's. In fact, I would not be surprised if the design was taken from one.

I've had this for over a year now and ready to review. First, I love how it cooks - most everything has turned out great although it does take some trial and error on your temp and time you really just need to keep an eye on it. The size is perfect for me as I am a one person household; it would probably work fine for a two person household as well but for a family go for a larger model. I only have two criticisms of this model

You can get a lot of cooking ideas from FB groups once you figure out the correct times. There is a slight learning curve to that part but once you get it food comes out terrific. We did have a problem with the inner pan scratching but we called up the company and they sent a new pan right away. Other than that this airfryer is awesome

It did work well, biscuits were brown and crispy. The only thing I don't like is that I cannot see the temperature setting because they are so small. I'm going to put a magnifying glass close by! The basket will not stay fastened inside the pan when I shake it to stir the fries, chicken strips, etc. So the hot food ends up all over my hands and arms, countertop and floor. This air fryer is now in the trash. Too unsafe to even give to GoodWill

The fryer basket sits in a removable basket and both are easy to clean. The mozz sticks oozed a little on to the baskets and after it cooled to the touch just simply wiped it clean with a damp paper towel.
