Size

Great alternative to deep frying

The only thing that I would complain about is that you can't fit much at a time when you are trying to "fry" an item because they have to be spread out on a single layer and its annoying to pull out each item at a time because they stick to the basket. :(

Large size, but works great.

On the con side it is large and takes up alot of counter or cupboard space so plan accordingly for size. The dehydrator function on this air fryer is also a nice feature making it a multi purpose kitchen product, not to mention the grill and the broil modes on it as well.

Temperature

Mixed feelings - Slow to cook - Bulky

Fish is a quick easy meal as a rule, but not with this device. Maybe it's the manual's instructions that need some adjusting on time/temp. I had no luck cooking, after 35 minutes. I cooked at the recommended temp then began turning temp up every 10 minutes or so

One time use with an E3 code.

I used this fryer once, and it now has an E3 code, which indicates that it's too hot. The fan doesn't turn on. And I have only had it for a week. And used once now it is pointless

Cooking Time

the HOTSPOTS are on the outer area when food is low in cooking area

I like to add some water in the bottom of the glass as someone else suggested for bacon. This can help cook the chicken more evenly. Use a meat thermometer after to double check the temps. Times will vary with how thick the meat is of course

Nonstick Surface

Excellent Appliance!!

I recieved this for Mother's Day this year, and I have NOT fried anything in oil since I got it.. We have used it for chicken and wild turkey and french fries and even warming up cold pizza.

Non stick not so good

Only complaint is that the non-stick basket and grill insert only cleaned easily for the first few uses. Food sticks to them more than expected.

Speedy, convenient & healthy

This model has a greater cooking capacity than any other of the air fryers. At this price point it's an exceptional bargain compared to other brands. So, we ordered a some culinary mesh deep fryer baskets from WSS and the DH cut off the handles. Racks are not practical

I've used this about 5 times in the span of a month and it gets the job done BUT the racks are not actually viable. The heat in the fryer is produced at the very top of the basket only so whatever is in the top rack gets burned meanwhile whatever is at the bottom comes out undercooked. If you're getting this because you want to avoid cooking in batches I would say look elsewhere. Otherwise, this gets the job done well enough if you leave out the racks

Big Boss oil-less fryer

I bought a box of brownies tried going by the cooking directions but had to stop it 10 minutes earlier so it would not burn. but they came out really good,. I would have to say the best I have ever made. They were cooked all the way though even it the center of the pan

I should have gotten an air fryer earlier

I am going to attempt two serving meat loaves soon and guess it will do well. Clean up is pretty simple and I throw back in the machine on 180 for 2 minutes to dry it all off.
