 I think the Mini-Grip really hits on both of those things. While it leans slightly more towards the "hard use" end of the pool, the Mini-Grip comes close to being a perfectly balanced EDC knife. If you're going to exceed the $50.00 range with one knife, I would recommend that it be this knife

 Super impressed. I guess what I'm saying is that even though fit and finish aren't perfect, you may be perfectly assured they'll make it right if you aren't happy. These people are serious about keeping customers, and I don't doubt this is part of that hefty initial price-tag.  Ease of Maintenance:  Another POTENTIAL problem area

 Put more plainly, it will hold a "utility edge" (can't shave with it but still quite useful) for a really, really long time. Easily a competitor to s30v.  Deployment Method: One-handed ambidextrous. Very old school, field-tested-and-approved thumb studs, both average in size and shape

 I won't wear this knife with suits or khaki pants because it will readily tear them up. Even my cargo shorts and jeans wear noticeably after clipping this knife quite a bit. You can cure this by working the clip and sanding the contact point, but from the factory, beware and guard your pants!  2. Discretion - not great here, either

Fantastic EDC but pocket shredder

 My pinkie is hanging off the back of the thing and so it doesn't really feel like its firmly in my hand. Came very sharp. As Far as the Axis lock goes I have a few knives by a Chinese maker that does it better in my opinion .(yes I know they stole it) Could just be that they fit my hand better

Wanted to love it

  The AXIS lock is very nice, and always feels secure with no movement of the blade. I've had frame and liner locked blades feel like they could move, especially if you opened the blade gently and did not get a firm *click* into place, and this is a very good solution with no drawbacks. I had never used one before this purchase, but it is the most quality locking mechanism I've ever felt and my favorite feature of the knife now.  The overall size is exactly what I wanted

 The grip also feels solid and quality, although some pictures seem "plasticy" in appearance. In my focused attempts at twisting or deforming it did not flex or yield in any way. It looks and feels like a quality piece of functional hardware. No frills or decorations, but strong and useful construction

 I work in an industrial plant and wanted a quality knife that I wouldn't be afraid to use when I need it. I have used it for shaving debris off of rollers, cutting various sized air hoses, plastic tie wraps, small cables, gasket materials, etc..

Great EDC choice

 Sometimes it's smooth sometimes its a bit rough. The blade shape is great, the thumb studs are okay although I prefer holes over studs, as far as studs go they are very functional. My main problem with the knife is the distance between the thumb ramp area on the spine and the finger choil. When I hold the knife I keep wanting to put my index finger on the base of the blade because the finger choil area on the handle is too low on the knife relative to the thumb ramp

It's alright. The materials and quality construction/fit and finish prompt me to give it four stars. If construction wasn't so great and all I had was the design to base my review on I would give it three stars.  The knife came fairly sharp, it shaves hair but can't whittle hair in the air

Solid knife

 My mini grip didn't come super hair shaving sharp out of the box like all my Spyderco knives but it was still better than my kershaw / cold steel knives brand new.  Honestly my only main gripe is how the knife feels in hand. It's not bad, but not comfortable for me. Keep in my mind this is just my opinion

 Their warranty is by far the best I've dealt with in a long time, no questions asked regarding my issue.  I should note that the 2 Sanremu's are the same size as the Benchmade. Being a bigger guy, I need something with a little more heft.  I'm actually very disappointed right now. I really wanted to like the Benchmade, but when it seems like it's of lesser quality (build/tolerance, not blade steel quality) than the other 2, I can't do anything with it, other than return it and buy something else

 I've collected knives for nearly 40 years, and honestly can't believe the lack of quality in this knife. After seeing many posts in blade forums and Facebook groups, it seems that sadly, I'm not alone. Many others I've spoken with have gotten sub-par quality Griptillians. I can understand getting lesser quality when you buy the lower end knives from any manufacturer, but this is just unacceptable

I guess I'll be the first to give this knife a low rating.

Not much I can add to what others have said. Great size, durable and SHARP. The 154CM steel holds an edge for a good long time. Haven't had to try to resharpen yet so I can't say how that will go

  The axis lock isn't the strongest out there but I like how you can flick it open like a normal folder or just pull on the release and swing it open.  The one negative that I have with it is the price. Benchmade still uses 154cm on this model which is a decent steel but I feel as if they should offer a higher grade steel in 2016.

Now, though, look at those spacers, the beautiful, like almost like a raspberry-ish kind of red spacers. I love that the handles themselves have like kind of the cnc look to it, and it's just so pretty here's where it's controversial. I actually really like a like dark colored blade, a lot of people, don't because they say it covers up any kind of mistake

 I got mine at Wake Mountain knives and I've seen it at lady HQ and knife Center. The bigger online stores, the smaller online stores I haven't seen have this. The Canadian stores don't have this Amazon most countries, I checked all countries, I checked on the Amazon, don't have this knife and they got steel wheel knives, but they don't have the F 62 AV, or this is the F. 62

 Well, two bucks is two bucks. You know that's two percent of a dollar yeah, that's not bad! So if you want to buy this at White Mountain knives, they ship to a number of places. Definitely in North America, Canada in Canada and the United States no problem to get these knives from White Mountain knives.  I got the black one with a little bit of color right back there. That'S what comes with the black box, so what we have is a d2 blade, g10 handle and it's a full-size, folder and flipper.  This is the AVR by steelwill, F, 62. It comes in three colors, the handbook can be black and black, wash black and satin finish or red and black wash. I got the black one with a little bit of color right back there. That'S what comes with the black box, so what we have is a d2 blade, g10 handle and it's a full-size, folder and flipper

Review: Steel Will F62  "AVIOR"  - a fine flipper pocket-knife

 Just a very nice drop point blade very suitable for heart attack. It'S got a nice, I wouldn't say thick tip, but the grind up here helps make for a solid tip as well. The swedge, as well as the flat ground grind, makes for a some added durability to the blade overall, a really nice design. There is a slight recurve, as you can see, right right around here and I can't say I love it, but at the same time it doesn't really bother me too much because it's not gon na give you much trouble when you go to sharpen it um

 They have it, and just overall, just a very, very, very solid design and solid feel the g10. I really love what they did here on the scales they kind of made it look like I kinda want to say like Blackwood or even maybe, like I don't know it just it has that grainy look to it that a lot of g10 doesn't have, and it Just feels extra sturdy, I mean there is absolutely no budge in this knife. Super super solid, lockup, there's just there's nothing really wrong that I have with this knife. It'S it's great

 It'S uh! It'S just right! It'S right for the knife, um as it does have a stronger detent, but not too strong um. You definitely you got a push down on it, of course, but at the same time I would always take a stronger detent than a weaker detent any day of the week. No questions asked which leads to action on this guy, which is fantastic. You just push that flipper tab down and it Rockets out feels great drop, shut very easily

 Only a half ounce difference in between so weight as similar Peugeot's are very similar and even overall length is a pretty pretty darn, close, almost exact. So, while the designs are somewhat different, the the feel in hand - and there goes - I think, it's a really great comparison - now you're gon na - compare if you want to compare these two top to bottom to each other yeah, I'm gon na go with the shaman all Day, but that's just not fair, the shaman is the farthest thing from a budget knife, so we'll take that out of there, but I thought it was a really good comparison to set up with this knife and also put a little more reasoning, reasoning into why I, Like this knife so much and why I do think it's very underrated. This knifes available pretty much everywhere. Blade HQ knife Center, gpknives, I'm not sure about DLT, but most of the most of the major online carriers

The MOST UNDERRATED Budget Knife in 2020 so far - The Steel Will Avior!

 So it's they say it's a 3.2 inch blade, although it looks bigger than that, maybe because of the height, but it's a good sized blade kind of in that middle. It'S I don't like under 3 inches in an EDC knife, because then you tend to it's. It'S kind of too small for my hand, because I tend to have smaller handles, so that 3

 So that was sure what else there is to say other than this is gon na, be a really cool blade. I think I'm gon na carry this a lot. I mean I've been on the automatic case lately and got my micro, techs and all my other stuff, but there's a heavy duty knife or if you have to be going we're traveling to where automatics aren't legal. They are legal in 40 states

 This thing is not moving at all, and yet it still just thought her smooth so for a knife in the $ 65 range or 64 bucks from how I paid for it on Amazon, it's a really nice blade, really nice shape. Steel Will Avior review

 It's from Northern England or thereabouts, so I'm guessing that was the inspiration for this design. We've got 8.39 inches in total length with a 3.5 inch blade and D2 steel and a drop point style flat grind black stonewash finish with thumb stud and flipper openers

 This is kind of my first introduction to them, and I'd say based on this knife, it's a good brand. I'd say it's a good one to go with if you're looking for something that's good quality, good build, good fit and finish, but is in still a pretty affordable range.  As I said, it has G10 handle scales with stainless steel liners, 5.37 ounces, so sort of a middling weight, with a tip-up deep carry pocket clip that is reversible, along with a lanyard hole. It definitely comes across as sort of a hard use folder due to its size and just overall design. It's got very grippy G10 and very liberal milling along the handle here
