Hey bladeops, honestly, it's actually kind of a sad day at the knife shop. We got word that benchmade is discontinuing the 32 balisong. So here is the box. The benchmade 32 Morpho blue class is no longer going to be produced by benchmade, so whatever we have left in stock is what we have left

 This bow alone does not use Tang pins; instead, it has two pins in the handle pin on this side. Okay and a pin on this side. You see here these two pins and basically the butt end of the Tang. You see how it's that design there the pins kind of line up in between on either side of this point, two things which I like about this

 Okay. So if I do happen to do any flipping footage, all I'll just put it in here. Well, I read some of the specs. The specs overall is just blade length here is three point: two five inches blade thickness is zero point

 They look very very nice they're, not super smooth those liners on the edge. You can see a little bit of machining on there, but as for the anodizing, it stays there really really. Well, they do a good job, anodizing the liners and the pocket clip on both my 51 and my 32. I'Ve had relatively nowhere in the anodizing, so that's good! You can see here the skeletonized g10 handles they take off a tiny bit of weight, not much

 This is not a stainless steel, but for being a for not being a stainless steel, it is pretty corrosion resistant. So from what I've heard, it's pretty well just like one step away from being stainless, but I do prefer a stainless for ballast songs, a little bit less upkeep, but for the d2 you're also not going to have to sharpen it as much. It'S got a harder steel. Obviously, what you're going to hold the edge a little bit longer, but it's also going to be a little bit harder to sharpen, as well as you're gon na have to make sure it's oiled, just maintain it, so it doesn't rust

 Obviously, the way they temper it it can vary a little bit blade style crown modified spear point weight is two point: seven ounces you've got a pocket clip which is laser engraved titanium. It'S movable forgot to mention that only in a tip-up carry, but you can put it on either side of the bike handle only on the bike handle not the safe handle overall length. Seven point: two: nine inches clothes length is four point: three nine inches sheath material sheath is sold separately. You do get a little pouch

 It'S actually the exact same cut out as most spider. Koza j-just bring it in more so that it gives it a distinct look and looks like a bird beak. So the harrier ii here is a mix between the larger Caracara from bird and the smaller metal lark to both knives. I have previously owned, tested and reviewed here on the channel, the metal r2 coming in at like two and a half right around the size of a delica, the Caracara coming in right around the size of the Endura in this harrier ii

 What I really like is the more precision I like how piercing the blade is definitely connects with me. You know compared to like a delicates, very, very similar to that versus like the bird right here. The raven, which i do like a lot of my dissonant or the tenacious, so I'm not dissing the tenacious guys, I'm just telling you why it connects with me and I own this bird and I are the Raven and that's a better knife. In my opinion than the tenacious for like five dollars more so that's part of the reason as well, that I don't own it tenacious

 We'Ll talk about that today, I'm gon na kind of put this guy up over here I got a stretch from Spyderco and I got the delica for from Spyderco throw that guy up over there, so why? Why would this connect with me and the question that I asked if I didn't allude to it earlier on Instagram and Facebook on some of those posts was, if you were to go between this Harrier and a spyderco tenacious, which are right around the same price? Point right around the $ 37 to $ 40 price point is what both of these guys kind of run in at 35. Before you, let's say that 35 to 40 dollars, the tenacious is Spyderco brand. This is again bird, which is owned by Spyderco they're, both made with ATR 13 MOV. I would argue, probably, unless someone can correct me, I believe they're made in the same factory, so there's that aspects we're looking at similar Steel's

 Now i don't believe they have any sort of bronze bushings, but i do steal. I do see steel all right around the joint here. So it's steel on steel, so it bounces nice and drops really nice and smoothly and flicks open without even me flicking the wrist. So the deployment is very nice

You Don't But I Do! Byrd Harrier 2

 Blade steel is 8Cr13Mov and the scales are G10. Action is tight out of the box and needs to be broken-in for one-handed opening. But for a budget knife, that's not unusual.
