Hey bladeops, honestly, it's actually kind of a sad day at the knife shop. We got word that benchmade is discontinuing the 32 balisong. So here is the box. The benchmade 32 Morpho blue class is no longer going to be produced by benchmade, so whatever we have left in stock is what we have left

 This bow alone does not use Tang pins; instead, it has two pins in the handle pin on this side. Okay and a pin on this side. You see here these two pins and basically the butt end of the Tang. You see how it's that design there the pins kind of line up in between on either side of this point, two things which I like about this

 Okay. So if I do happen to do any flipping footage, all I'll just put it in here. Well, I read some of the specs. The specs overall is just blade length here is three point: two five inches blade thickness is zero point

 They look very very nice they're, not super smooth those liners on the edge. You can see a little bit of machining on there, but as for the anodizing, it stays there really really. Well, they do a good job, anodizing the liners and the pocket clip on both my 51 and my 32. I'Ve had relatively nowhere in the anodizing, so that's good! You can see here the skeletonized g10 handles they take off a tiny bit of weight, not much

 This is not a stainless steel, but for being a for not being a stainless steel, it is pretty corrosion resistant. So from what I've heard, it's pretty well just like one step away from being stainless, but I do prefer a stainless for ballast songs, a little bit less upkeep, but for the d2 you're also not going to have to sharpen it as much. It'S got a harder steel. Obviously, what you're going to hold the edge a little bit longer, but it's also going to be a little bit harder to sharpen, as well as you're gon na have to make sure it's oiled, just maintain it, so it doesn't rust

 Obviously, the way they temper it it can vary a little bit blade style crown modified spear point weight is two point: seven ounces you've got a pocket clip which is laser engraved titanium. It'S movable forgot to mention that only in a tip-up carry, but you can put it on either side of the bike handle only on the bike handle not the safe handle overall length.  Finally, availability of these guys is always a little bit limited right at the time of the writing. Only the green color is available, um and these are being sold by bose himself, and so, unfortunately, you can't just pop online and order one of these guys from your regular retailer at least time of filming, i'm hoping they're going to be more of these available and I'M sure it's going to be in small batches right because you know booze doesn't have the capital to just drop. You know 15 million of these guys or something like that. But at the same time, availability has historically been a problem for these and i imagine it's going to continue in the future here

 What we see here is this is actually a surprisingly long knife, although the handle isn't all that long relative to the delica. The blade sure is here: it is against the spyderco pm2 and the ontario rat number two. So again, what we see here is that the blade is quite long actually slightly longer in sharpen length than the bm2, but at the same time it is uh not all that huge of a knife i'll go ahead and i'll turn these guys on their side, and So what you're gon na see here is uh yeah, it's not the thinnest thing ever, but at the same time, there's that and then finally i do want to compare it, of course, against a comparison, i'll be making all review, and that is the bose blade smoke. Tm1, this is the first generation booze blade smoke, i mean

 It is clearly a successor right. You can't look at this and look at this and go oh wow. You know those must be two entirely different designs, but it kind of is at some level right um. It is not the same knife

 Flip tap knives, so there's that next thing this guy is screwing into the titanium on the other side. Here it's going directly in here and directly into the clip on the other side. So as a result, if the clip strips out or if this screw any of these screws strip out you're gon na have a bad time, so you need to be very careful not to be over tightening these guys. That'S not a great thing, as opposed to in the original, where there was actually a barrel in here, and you could just replace the hardware without replacing the entire knife so um there is that it makes for a cleaner show side as well um when you do

I could pull this blade over and break it, but I don't think that's the case. Boos Blades Carbon Fiber Smoke - Overview and Review

 It could be much thinner. An eighth inch would be perfect. Take this to like a 12 to 15 000 behind the edge grind and be far more compelling, you'd be way. Slicier as it is, it's pretty decent going through boxes and stuff like that, but it's not amazing and then my next dislike is going to be the sharpening choil

 It'S really thin really slicy, but on this full size one, they went much thicker up around twenty thousands and i think it hurts this knife and the stock stock thickness being 140. Thousands feels unnecessary to me. This isn't a hard used knife. It'S not a super robust or overbuilt knife

 Such a cool logo really love that now my super, like is going to be the booze aesthetic generally, so i absolutely stole the super like from my review of the mini smoke, but it still applies here. I love the booze blades design. Aesthetic all of his knives have an incredible look to them. The fast sleek design seems like they're moving when they're standing still
