Handles well, this knife is awesome especially for my sheep and mule deer prairie hunts where I carry a lot of gear. I didn't know if i'd like the orange but it's great, you never have to look for it. Great purchase

I've cut an apple and mini bell peppers. It's so easy to handle! I could easily core the apple and maneuver confidently. Heavy knives feel scary when I try to core things, like they might slip. I could easily core the teeny bell peppers too, without slicing them in half
