Bass texture isn’t exactly perfect, but as I mentioned before, it definitely isn’t mud. It’s about as good as you might be able to expect from this particular product, but you’re not going to reach new levels of bass detail nirvana. Mids, whether by virtue of their recession or otherwise, have some gloss to them, meaning that fine details are hard to perceive and don’t jump out much.

Noise Cancellation

(Beyond 1.5-2 hours) All in all, I do like the headphones because they fit my ear nicely and I like the noise cancellation/sound of them so I plan to keep them. I will say at full MSRP, I would probably look at other brands for in ear wing tipped and not get these though. (I know I just contradicted myself!) The reason I say that, is because there are probably better or more comfortable headphones for over $200 and I got these on sale for Prime Day at a big discount (~$150)

Great Product if only they didn't hurt to wear

These earbuds are pretty good. +Great noise cancellation +Easy connecting to my PC or phone +Sound quality seems very good +They're very secure in your ear (too secure) Biggest Problem: - They're not comfortable to wear! They hurt my ears enough that I'm constantly taking them out trying to manipulate them so they're less irritating but I always end up just using a speaker or another pair of headphones. The little silicon piece used to hold them in place puts too much pressure on that part of your ear and there's little you can do about it since they don't include any different sized pieces for it (I'm not even sure it's removable). You'll be spending way more time fidgeting with them trying to find a comfortable position for them than you should have to

I’ve tried most myself or borrowed friends’… the best by far for running is the Beats Powerbeats Pro wireless with the hook over the ear… never need to be adjusted. Last forever on charge. They’re great!!

Good for Cycling

Connection quality is good in terms of bluetooth. I use the noise reduction which takes things down to a dull roar riding in windy conditions and with cars zipping by. The 14mm tips seal out a lot of noise but the microphones bring it in and amplify it unless not in ambient mode. The music is adequately above the noise floor in any mode, but of course best in noise reduction mode

Why do folks think the AirPods Max are designed to compete with the Sony XM4 or the Bose 700?

Guess you must be an Apple fanboy because those headphones are really terrible for the money and far from audiophile grade. I've demoed them and jeez they're bad.

Great sound, not so great fit

The Beats by Dre Pro True Wireless Earbuds are great sounding, but not comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. They sound great with good highs and deep rich bass. Its just a shame that I can't wear them for more that an hour before they become uncomfortable. The sound quality and battery life do not disappoint however I just can't get past the comfort issue

Which is shortened by the "high performance mode" honestly I don't notice the difference in sound, I think it's mainly for reducing delay, I've only owned mine for about a day and have been listening to music in the kitchen with them, if I'd been watching a movie I'd probably use this mode. They don't offer much other functionality, you can use your voice assistant and manage calls, but I don't need these features. I personally appreciate the simplicity. You'll notice no touch controls, I love this, my original sony WF earbuds, galaxy buds+, wh-1000xm3s, all had them and I would accidentally hit them all the time, I much prefer the button

Love my Beats Pro wireless. They go around and in the ear for stability. They do not move while running and don’t even fall out when the dogs attached to your waist see a squirrel and you slide head first down the muddy sidewalk like a seal.
