I've made posts in the past about how my Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo sounded no better than my AT-LP60X, and how I had a range of problems with it from a bent tonearm from the factory to cartridge misalignment to a horrific azimuth all the way to Pro-Ject wanting me to pay $60 to get it serviced despite it being in warranty. It also didn't like 45s or any track close to the center of a LP, with it sticking, skipping, and having horrific distortion and sibilance.
