 Is this bag just cinches down into a much smaller footprint, because there's a lot of bags out there? It'S a 40 60 liter pack, whatever it is, you might only have 15 or 20 liters in the bag or maybe only you're, only using a quarter of its carry capacity, but the footprint of the bag or main is the same so that be able to have A pack that can really kind of switch squish down into a smaller footprint to me is everything, that's a very, very good quality, so just to jump right into it. Of course, this is the the yellow version. This is the also the tall version it comes in a regular size and I'm 6 foot 2, so that the tall version works perfect for me and just right on the outside, you have these straps up here, so you can strap really any additional items. You would like to it there's also a pocket whoops right here on the front

 Alice is a great job with the the comfortable comfort ability of their harness system and their waist belt, and you might be noticing something no words the waist belt with this. What'S what is fantastic Atlas gives you the option that you can take it on or off. It'S up to you and they make great West waist belts very meaty. There'S a lot of material here, a lot of a lot of substance and durability, so they're very good at the waist belts

 I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel. It'S kind of got like a rib design and it is very comfortable and it's got like kind of exaggerated lumbar area right here, which makes carrying this bag very comfortable and in the waist belt, actually tucks right back in here. Let me actually show you on the other bag, so they sent me to. This is a athlete pack and black, but what's different is this one is the regular version

 You have another little stretchy area. Here goes all the way to the bottom: a couple zipper pockets here you could put SD cards or batteries or remote shutters or whatever you like there and that's the the camera compartment. I just want to talk about this real quick on the the back panel.  It'S not like the foam that you would use for your backpack uh straps, it's like a very thick foam, and so they they sent me these, and i actually was able to do the install myself to upgrade this original backpack to be capable of handling a lot More weight and to just improve the frame and that's cool, i think it's important to reuse. You know products like this and to turn them into more functional, updated products when we can so we don't just throw out perfectly viable and useful backpacks and other type of hiking this one. So that's it! That'S my review of the bag. I think it's a great backpack, i i think it's um worth checking these out

 And then here i've got a long, a large version of a telephoto a little bit longer than your traditional 70 to 200, but essentially the the same grouping of lenses all right. . So it's a pretty big backpack, but this is the backpack that i've used for like five or six years. It'S so comfortable! You throw this thing on and you can walk for miles and you don't even feel the weight and why is it so comfortable? That'S the real question that we want to answer and we want to see these attributes in the bags that we choose for camera gear, so first thing comfortable, straps, obviously right, but the nice padding and the good form and the heavy duty foam.  If you want stuff that needs to stay absolutely dry, this is a well protected area for your important documents and things like that. This bag has been incredibly comfortable. The most comfortable backpack I've ever had that's also a camera bag and, as you can see, this bag expands to infinity. I haven't actually reached a point where this bag is full, where it's overfilled and where it's been too heavy to carry or anything like that

 It opens on the back and you get full access to the whole bag here in the back, and it has a little special feature called the origami compartment here, which basically allows you to turn some storage space into camera space or, like I said, storage space, and You have more volume for other stuff in the back. It'S it's very shallow, I'm an Olympus ambassador and I shoot with Olympus glass, of course, which is small lenses and they fit in perfectly. But if you have slightly bigger lenses, you'll end up putting them in sideways. Like this, I know that for future versions of this backpack there will be it'll, be slightly deeper and then normal full-frame lenses will also fit in upright or the general full frame lens will fit in upright

 They're not just smaller and larger versions of the exact same pack. There are some differences. this one has a laptop compartment on the front. This one has it inside

 They both feature this top flap drawstring top system and then they both have space down in front of the box that actually holds the camera gear and so with compression straps on the sides. Again, this is true for both models. You can stuff the pack as full as you need to and then cinch them down, throw a tripod on the side, and and make it work. Of course, made out of, you know, ripstop nylon

 Back panels are very similar with this sort of ribbed material. It's very comfortable. The biggest thing that I like about the the suspension system here is the waist belt. Now a lot of packs have waist belts

 just like any other outdoor pack you'd expect. They have the same suspension system for the shoulder harnesses here which is great. They both feature internal metal frames which again standard for hiking packs to help distribute the load of the pack down onto your hips rather than on your shoulders. They have or this one has an adjustable velcro thing for adjusting depending on your your torso height which is great can you get a good fit

 So I just wanted to give my opinion after using this two years and this is about 37 liters and 600 Danier polyester fabric and it has a 15 to 16 inch laptop compartment. So right now I packed this bag with my stuff because I'm going on a trip shortly and I just wanted to give you uh you know the opinion and show how actually it looks. So here there is a grab handle uh right here and the thing about this bag is it doesn't have a lot of organizational compartment which I do not like is way over simple. uh some of you may like it but uh you know if you have stuff putting in it's very hard to put like you know make them separate so you have to have you have to use packing tubes so let me just open this up and then we'll take a look how it looks

 but you know this is kind of uh I tried putting a water bottle in here, it just comes out so you have to be very careful if you're using the water bottle. and then here there's some you know, uh, loop so you can just attach carabiner or something and I just noticed that there's another you know loop right here and right here. So I think if you like you can use a shoulder strap just putting it in here. but it didn't come with a shoulder strap by itself

 Except like you know, there's not enough organs, organizational compartments and it's difficult to lock and you cannot hide the shoulder strap, but when you wear it, it's comfortable. It's uh, well balanced and the fabric seems to be holding up. And another advantage is that this is really lightweight. The bag itself has a very negligible weight, so you cannot even feel that you know you have a bag carrying with you

 So I've been using it for two years and I have been. I have taken to a few trips and I never had an issue. Except like you know, there's not enough organs, organizational compartments and it's difficult to lock and you cannot hide the shoulder strap, but when you wear it, it's comfortable. It's uh, well balanced and the fabric seems to be holding up

North Face Travel Duffel Pack Bag After Two Years | Best Carryon Travel Duffel Bag Backpack

 At first glance, the straps looked too simple to be comfortable. Turns out, we were wrong (a first, right?) and this pack delivers a fairly comfortable carry. The straps are a thin, dense mesh and contour to the body. 

As we mentioned at the beginning of this review, this duffle isn’t designed for one-bag travel. So it doesn’t have much organization—you won’t find a laptop compartment or any water bottle pockets. 

Looks aside, let’s check out the materials. The main material is a 1000D Phthalate-Free TPE Fabric Laminate (in human-speak: a blend of synthetic materials that combine to make one tough fabric). We’re not huge fans of how it feels—think crinkly plastic—but it’s both weather-resistant and durable to date, which are fair trade-offs. 

From a durability perspective, it’s holding up okay, but we’re not fans of the creases in the laminate or the nick in the ballistic nylon. That said, the Base Camp Duffel has a solid name and reputation so we’re hoping these small issues aren’t indicative for what’s to come. And, luckily, we don’t have any major issues to report at this point.

The reason they got rid of those handles here is because people are saying is just getting in the way. So, let's, let's check this out here on the front here, you go a little name sort of plate there, so you can put your contact details just in case these go missing, got heavy GE, heavy-duty zippers in here from YKK and then a little mesh organizing compartment

 Now, if you compare it to the light sorry, this is the extra extra large. If you compare it to the extra large it's hard to see the difference, we've got a good to the five or six centimetres extra on each side on on the extra extra-large bag. So, just to give you an indication yeah now, usually with rush fast, so we we like to test. You know what you can fit inside this bag by by filling it full of beer

 So that's a small, that's the extra small yeah and then here's the medium. So medium is the the most popular size, and this is the size that I use you know traveling domestically. You can generally get this on board a plane, not a problem. It'S got this side section here with a bit of mesh organizer sections, that's with one of those heavy-duty YKK zips as well
