The image remains accurate at an angle, so it's also a good choice if you often have to share your screen with someone else.

I really reccomend sitting further away from this monitor as opposed to being close up. The colors are very bright and vibrant. Literally no washed up colors no back light bleed really at all and if it's there just a little bit on this IPS screen you won't notice it at least not my unit.

THE BAD -> There's just 1 con, but doesn't prevent me from giving this 5 stars. First, the color accuracy = garbage. Experiment with the profiles until you find one that works well for you. Overall, low response time and high refresh rate (even if it's just a tad over 60Hz) gives you productivity benefits that are great for more than just gaming but also office productivity

Because this monitor can only produce 350 nits max, going that low on the brightness is only suitable for low lit rooms and general use. For gaming you will want to crank up the brightness to get all the details to pop. But the trade off is loss of color accuracy. The following calibrations are a compromise to get a great gaming experience even in a well lit room but still have an acceptable color accuracy

3. Cables are loose and by moving those a little, reset computer's connection with monitor - another blink 1..

Upon install, it took a bit of tweaking to get my system to recognize the 75Hz refresh rate (out of the box it was attempting to connect at 60Hz). Had to go into the OS and set it. One other issue is that the box that it arrived in looked like it had been opened. The clear tape, which usually seals the top flap of the box was missing (although it did not look as though the tape had been pulled up)

The outdated HDMI 1.4 port is especially galling because it doesn't even have the bandwidth to drive the monitor at its full resolution/refresh rate - it's only able to do 50 Hz at 3440x1440. This means that if you want to connect a second device to the monitor, such as a laptop, you will have to settle for it displaying at 50 Hz through HDMI (which is EXTREMELY noticeable compared to 120 Hz), or shell out additional cash for an aftermarket Displayport switch (and make sure it supports Gsync! not all of them do!). This isn't a dealbreaker, but it's rather disappointing that an HDMI 2

I love the size. It . This is my experience using a gaming laptop imagine if you already have a gaming pc. You will not regret it

What I am trying to say, even the difference between 27 and 34 inches feels dramatic and you may feel overwhelmed by 49 before trying and experiencing it first hand. Particularly if you do not have the ample space and arm for it.

I was able to tuck it behind my desk with no issues. Dual HDMI ports make it ideal for connecting both my PS4 and Xbox One, so I was able to ditch my crappy HDMI switcher. - On top of all the functionality, I think it looks really good. Small bezel with a robust, angular base and a handy (albeit small) cable management hole
