 which Armada claims is a freestyle all-mountain park-oriented ski that's

 designed for ultimate versatility, nimble, maneuverable, and all-around fun across

 the mountain. So I took the Armada ARV 96 out for a spin and I thoroughly enjoyed

 it for someone that comes from skiing not this kind of line of skis. I was

 pleasantly surprised. I thought it was super playful, pivots super nicely, even

 took it into some bumps, could play around, get it to turn when I wanted it

 to. I thought it was a really fun ski. It's pretty light, very easy to ski. It

 was really easy to whip around, do quick turns, do some spinning, skiing

 backwards. Overall just a fun ski for you know playing around all over the

 mountain. Yeah so you can see the ski is mostly camber all the way down it and

 there is tip on the front and a tip on the rear. It's a pretty standard all

 mountain twin tip type situation which makes it very easy to ski on smooth snow

 and harder snow. The twin tip on the rear is going to be what's making it easy to

 ski backwards, easy to land backwards, you know do whirlybirds if that's your

 thing. Great for tricks, spins, super poppy. I could see how this would be super

 super fun in park and kind of springtime, slush, all-mountain scenarios. Yeah it's

 got a fair bit of camber as well so it likes to pop off things. In terms of flex

 too it's gonna be on the softer side of things so if that's something you're

 looking for really being able to work the ski this could be an awesome bet for

 you. Yeah so if you're looking to go fast and you just want to kind of lay

 this thing on edge it's gonna hold you there. I felt when you're trying to make

 really precise technical turns it did get a little swirly just because of the

 shape of the ski and the mount point but if you're just concerned about kind of

 railing an edge and cruising this could be a good ski for you. I'd say if

 you're if you're looking for a pretty like soft playful ski this thing is

 gonna be able to take you all over the mountain. If you want to lay down some

 carves on a groomer it's gonna hold but then minute you get into softer snow

 it's gonna be super playful and light on your feet. I'd recommend this ski to

 someone who is really just getting into freestyle skiing or has been doing it

 for a little bit. It's a great ski for someone who has a background in skiing

 all over the mountain but is looking to get more into the park because the 96

 millimeter waist underfoot is gonna make it pretty capable all over the

 mountain but it'll still do well in the park. I would say though that if you're

 someone that is a strictly park skier you know you spend more than 75% of your

 time in the park you probably want to go for a little bit more specific park

 ski than this. I'd say someone who's out there looking to have a good time just

 rip around and be super playful on their skis this is gonna be an awesome

 option for you. Definitely don't think I'd take this thing down like a race

 course. I don't know if it would fare so well maybe when it gets steeper and a

 little choppier I'd be a little I'd like to see more performance out of this ski.

 I think if you're looking to really improve your turn technique and really be

 precise in your movements this might be not the best go-to ski for you. So this

 ski is gonna be great the park skiers kind of graduated to all-mountain the
