 The Atomic Bent Chetler 90 (175cm) is an AMAZING set of sticks! Theyâre lightweight, playful and stable at speed. For a ski without metal, they sure skied like they do. I had no issues skiing the 175cm and skied shorter. I would recommend these skis for anyone looking to the hit up the groomed paths, park and trees

 I would tell anyone looking at these skis that are in between sizes like me to think about sizing down, as I was able to get much more control than I believe I would have going the other way. But I don't think there is a bad choice when it comes to any of the Atomic Bent collection.

Overall fantastic ski for intermediate-expert skiers. I am a fan of the old adage "look good, play good" and these skis help me do both! Been skiing for about 5 years and these were my first official ski purchase and I was not disappointed. I would tell anyone looking at these skis that are in between sizes like me to think about sizing down, as I was able to get much more control than I believe I would have going the other way. This comes in a 173, 180 and 187. The 180, being in the middle of the size, is the one most people are going to jump onto. Obviously, you can downsize if you're a sort of smaller, lighter, less aggressive skier, and then upsize if you're a bit taller, more aggressive, heavier skier

 Hi, my name's Nick, I'm the head ski tester and buyer for SnowTrackSkin snowboard store.

 I'm going to talk to you today about the Rossignol Experience 88.

 This is an absolutely fantastic ski, it's one of my favourites whenever we go out testing.

 It's been in the range for a little while and it's just progressed nicely along.

 It's just suitable for someone who's really a hard, chargey skier that just wants to let it rip on the piste

 but wants to play in the power as well at the same time if the conditions are suitable.

 One of the great things I like about this is the air tip at the tip, it just makes it nice and light and playful.

 It really does make the tip just roll into the turns and makes it really, really easy.

 It's got a progressive sidecut as well, so the sidecut actually changes as it moves through the ski

 meaning it's really, really easy into the turns.

 What I've noticed about testing this ski is you just sort of don't tend to worry if there's any uneven terrain.

 You just sort of crack into the turns and just blast around and you don't seem to have that kind of concern

 about lumps and bumps and stuff like that, it just kind of rides over them very, very smoothly.

 We do a lot of ski testing here at Snow Tracks and we try and test as much as we can

 Cool and also this VAS technology in the tip really lightens it so when you're if you're talking about swing weight you know that tip is going to engage better but it's not going to flop around because of that technology so this air tip is lighter so you feel that you know with initiating the turn and I feel like that really helps with keeping the vibrations down too which is a nice combination to have with the stable and light weight. Moguls I saw you bumping off in some of those videos. I definitely hit these with the moguls and I'm not one to always go in the moguls but I felt pretty confident on these just because of the weight and the stability you know you want kind of a stiffer ski when you're going in the moguls but you don't want to be exerted you don't want your legs to be tired these did it all they you know I was able to pop the turns if I wanted to go around them and avoid everything I could also do that I could hit just about anything in this and feel confident that my ski was going to turn the way I wanted it to and that the condition wasn't going to affect the ski. And so a lot of parallels probably with tree skiing too you know it's when you think about skiing in the trees sometimes you're thinking about deep powder not always the case you know we have a lot of good tight trees around here they do get skied out so it's not like you want 105 110 underfoot for you know a daily ski wherein the conditions get packed out so 88 underfoot we're still talking about that nice maneuverability you know pretty stiff in the tail which I think is helpful in the trees how do you feel like they were you know in those tighter situations? I definitely like a stiffer tail I think it releases easily when you need it to but when you're in those trees you almost want that control around those tighter turns we talked about that one quiver ski all the time and if I had to choose one which I don't want to if I had to choose one this would probably be my option for this year I really I felt confident going everywhere on the mountain and the trees are something that I've always struggled with in the east coast because they're narrower and you know with this length and this width the slight turn in the tail but it's still a stiff tail it works all beautifully out there
