The only organization is via an (included) laptop sleeve, however it is fairly bulky and adds unnecessary weight. In addition, even holding just my keys + sunglasses+ badge, the outside mini pocket would jut out and look bad. The pack width adjustment straps are poorly designed and only add to the jutting out effect if you have literally anything in the outside pocket. Would probably make an okay daypack, however as a commuting pack it does not get the job done nearly as well as other options
