Comfort

A must for Apple users... But I wish some things were different...

well- I never really need a mouse when I'm just on my laptop.). I use this mouse with my daily iMac and it's awesome for the touchiness of it, I love the feel and being Bluetooth is AWESOME, because I don't love cords all over my best

Way smarter idea than using batteries, just buy it.

I have big hands so I thought that might be a problem but its slightly longer than average length mean it fits perfectly at the tip of my palm (I usually wear 2xl gloves) where normal mice don't extend past my fingers. It is very comfortable to use for extended periods and it is now my daily use mouse as well as travel. It has an on/off switch on the bottom which I use most days just to keep it from waking my computer when I bump it (I have multiple computers on my desk with multiple mice) but it does power down after sitting for a while. It was very easy to pair and I have not had the connection problems I usually have had in the past with bluetooth mice (where they stop working mid day and I have to disconnect and reconnect them)

Functionality

A Great Mouse With Some Design Flaws

How exactly? Well before I list the features that I found missing, these are features that won’t be a big deal to a lot of people as there are other ways of completing these tasks but for the price of this mouse it would have been nice to see the functionality be packed in. Anyway, the two biggest features I noticed personally that were missing on the Magic Mouse are firstly, there’s no way to rotate photos or objects. This is something that can only be done on the track pad and secondly, whenever editing video on programs like iMovie, which again, not everyone will do, there’s no way to zoom in or out of the timeline you’re working in. This can, again, only done using a track pad or option within iMovie

The clear solution is to have thicker silicon pads so the bottom of the case is above the table top. DUH!! July 22nd follow up. In response to a two star initial review, seller sent me a replacement mouse anticipating that I would improve my product review following a reevaluation. After this 2nd evaluation and duly considering the functionality of this replacement mouse, my overall opinion of this mouse has improved

Apple's Magic Mouse May See Redesign or New MagSafe Charging Capabilities

Magic Mouse is by far the worst Apple accessory. The sensor is trash, the port location is bad, the entire ergonomy of the mouse is non-existent. It absolutely needs a redesign.

Great little bluetooth mouse.

The mouse has a very low key & subtle build to it & it definitely is quieter than any other mouse I've ever had. The battery life on it sold me for sure. I've had other wireless mice in the past but they relied on a USB receiver & you had to install AA or AAA batteries. This one is fully rechargeable (in almost no time) & it doesn't take up a needed USB port - if you have a newer laptop, you understand this pain

Shape

A Good Example of Form Over Function

Too much form over function to me. I would take a corded mouse over this one if I had to. Unless you prefer mice like the Apple Magic Mouse as opposed to a traditional style mouse with scroll wheels and a mouse like shape, I'd recommend trying out other mice first before paying for this one. Chances are you'll find something that's more comfortable and less frustrating to use for less money

Very Apple mouse-like, good bluetooth connection, not so ergonomic

I got this mouse about a week ago and so far I'm loving mostly because unlike my previous BT mouse (a) it has an OFF switch (and also pretty good power-saving mode), (b) it's rechargeable, and (c) most importantly, it IMMEDIATELY wakes up when I move it - my previous mouse would take a lot of tapping and moving to do that. Oh and (d) I like a mouse with big screen movement for small mouse movement, and this has a button to change that right on the mouse. Complaints? It's shaped like the Apple mouse - pretty flat so that the curve of my hands doesn't fit well and I get cramped after long use. Compare that to my wired gaming mouse for my Windows PC which has a good 1 1/2" mound in the middle, vs

***Update: I've used it a couple weeks now - Just a heads up - it needs to be recharged every couple of days - which is okay with me now that I'm aware of how frequently it's needed. I keep the little cord in my bag. The other thing I'd share is that it has a habit of disconnecting itself a couple times a day - and you'll need to turn it off and on most of the time to re-establish the connection. Sometimes, I have to manually go back into my bluetooth settings and reconnect it there
