The Logitech MX Anywhere 3 focuses on ergonomics and productivity features typically only found on more premium mice but in a more portable package. Like other products in Logitech's MX lineup, this mouse feels very well-built and is made with premium-feeling materials. It has a comfortable symmetrical shape, and although it's pretty small, it's suitable for all hand sizes using a fingertip grip.

The scroll wheel is made of metal and feels very precise when scrolling. You can also toggle a free-scrolling mode for scrolling through content much faster. This mouse connects wirelessly with Bluetooth and can pair with up to three devices simultaneously. It recharges with a standard USB-C cable, and Logitech advertises that a fully charged battery can last up to 70 days. You can also reprogram buttons and set gesture controls with the software.

You can pick this mouse up in one of three colors, and much like the Logitech MX Master 3S, there's a dedicated version of this mouse for macOS and one for Windows.  So continue, max speed scroll wheel, yeah we've talked about that. And then mode shift button, click manually toggle between ratchet and free spin mode. So basically that replaces clicking the scroll wheel instead and in order for you to do horizontal scroll you can hold down either forward or back button on the side and then scroll wheel as well. So basically that replaces using the side scroll with your wheel and then you can also assign back, forward, undo, redo inside of other applications that you use and you can set up different profiles to different application that use and you can certainly use flow if you're into that as well

 This one is SketchUp and I can zoom in and out much easier smoothly with the new scroll wheel. If you push the scroll wheel a lot, it's just going to free up the wheel so that it can turn a lot. So that control is really easy just like my Master 3 and also now I can finally click on the scroll wheel to orbit and that is the much more preferred function in order for me to pan and also orbit. All of that is sort of muscle memory to me by now so I don't like switching in between so that is consistent throughout

Logitech MX Anywhere 3 Compact Performance Mouse - Unboxing and Review

 I have a package here that I would like to open today.

 We all knew what the package was going to be, it is Logitech MX Anywhere 3.

 And if you have been watching a few of my videos at the least, you guys might have realized

 that I have quite a lot of Logitech devices because I kind of built myself into the ecosystem

 and I really appreciate their sort of professional design that is meant for professional usage.

 So let's go ahead and examine what's on the box.

 So it says MX Anywhere 3, the master series by Logitech, compact performance mouse.

 And that's what I would expect from the Anywhere series.

 It is USB-C quick charging, quick charge in one minute for three hours of use.

 That is good to see in full charge, lasts up to 70 days and you do need a USB port or

 I guess Bluetooth is also possible and you can use it for Windows, Mac or Chrome or Linux

 And also on the back, it states that it works for iPad OS and some other marketing words.

 I think we can talk about the Mac speed scrolling is something that's included in this mouse

 and contoured form and ultra soft silicone side grips and tracks precise even on glass

 and seamlessly work on up to three computers at once and you can have profiles, customizations

 So everything you pretty much expect out of master MX master three mouse is in much smaller

 But let's go ahead and unbox this one first.

 So box inside of the box and as you open up, you can see the mouse and after the mouse,

 there is the unifying dongle that you can connect.

 I already have several of these and all of my keyboards and the mouse are already connecting

 So I can just kind of put this back and also it's going to utilize Bluetooth too.

 So I don't really need to have this for laptop usage.

 And underneath this, there's some paperwork and then included USB-C to USB-A cable.

 So that's pretty much the content for what's inside of the box.

 Let's go ahead and undo the sticker that's on the bottom of the mouse and it is pretty

 much stating what you need to do to get this mouse going.

 Let me peel that and then you can see that there are four feet and the connection button

 where the laser would come out right here and then also the switch.
