Apple AirPods Pro vs Focal Clear

By shit quality I mean: if your $1000+ headphone (hell, $50+) headphone can break with normal, intended use, rendering it useless without incurring huge fees to have it repaired, it is shit. I own a Focal Clear and Hifiman Edition X V2.

The sound quality is good, The in ear fit is not good, I tried all 3 sizes of the supplied silicone ear tips and none fit properly. I tried the proper fit app on my iPhone and could not get an "Okay" on the app. I don't feel they fit securely enough, so I will only use them when I am seated. The Air Pods are not comfortable for any lengthy listening session

you need a bit more headroom than these can deliver to fully sweep you off your feet and fly you away...and that is simply a deal-breaker for me

So I decided to purchase the pros since they won’t slip as easily as the original AirPods (Let me start by saying they came pretty fast, and they were packaged safely!) I’d say this is a great investment, it’s very comfortable and from what I’ve gathered so far on these is you can answer your calls, skip and rewind back with your music as well, it’s very sound proof so if you’re one of those people who do best getting tasks done during work, school, or even at home without noise around you, these are the way to go. Out of the box, onto la cabeza, hit play: yep, these are the ones. No worrying about whether the bass will drop and the treble grow less congested after break-in, because the Focal Clear sounds very obviously natural from the start. No pondering different amping options, because it sounds great out of anything. No stewing over whether or not it'll grow on me or if I'll send them back

I’ve used airpods pro for 6 months heavily, i’ve a/b tested noise cancelling on airpod pro with these...These are better beside a busy road or air con unit

I don’t have any desire to go further than Focal Clear, but I’m also trying to be strict on how much I’m spending on headphones. I don’t know if EMU Ebony is my end game closed back or not but I don’t have any desire to replace it until it shits the bed (hoping that never happens!)
