Anycubic Photon Mono X vs Flashforge Creator Pro

The EPAX seems like the best choice, but it’s over my price range once I factor in other stuff like the curing station. The 4K printers seem to be underproduced and only one of the companies even has parts for sale. It might just be cheaper and better using a big 3d printer company to print out my stuff, but I'm not sure on their prices.

I really wanted to like this printer but for the price, its just not worth it. You can get more functionality from a Chinese cloned printer that costs less than half the price of the creator pro.

I've owned a number of these printers for work. They are cheap enough to initially purchase, but if your printer stops working, be prepared for lengthy delays before its back up and running. I received this new printer from Amazon and its screen wasn't working. It took me 2 weeks of back and forth with AnyCubic IT before they agreed to send me another monitor and another month to receive it

I also see a lot of people reccomend the Prusia mk3s. OP, these are great printers but I want you to understand what you are paying for when you buy the printer. The I3 (bedflinger) design is one of the cheapest designs on the market and a Prusia mk3s probably costs about $500-$600 (US) in parts but the rest of the cost is people checking all the electrical components to see if they function properly, research and development into new iterations and for extensive, high quality customer support. If you buy the prebuilt then you will also be paying for someone to put the printer together and run a ~2 hour test print to make sure the thing works

I used anycubic gray resin 405 microns...leveling the bed is a simple task, and there's nothing else for configuration

11. Try to print things vertically. Vertical printing is always more accuarte. Even if some instruction states to print something flat, always flip it vertically

I have actually bought said competitor's printer and it came with a completely level build plate and guess what? My prints are working (learning how to build supports is extremely important so do some research)! Buyer beware. Not sure wth is up with AnyCubic but I'm calling you out. Fix your stuff. Uneven build plates, LCDs that fail after one print
